Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.

The front porch features rocking chairs and a swing, surrounded by colorful flowers and lush greenery. A pathway leads to the home, complemented by a well-maintained lawn and a welcoming entrance, inviting guests to enjoy the outdoor space.

This is always is our favorite air bnb to stay at when we’re in town! There are so many special touches - from the fully-stocked kitchen to all the fun outdoor amenities. The nicest place with the nicest hosts! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Being a host myself I’d say I have a bit of high expectations and this place did not disappoint! Extremely clean, aesthetically pleasing, close to town and the college. There are two parks within walking distance, skate park and about a 7 min walk to the lake. We appreciated the bonus room filled with children’s books and toys. We come every year and plan on booking this in the future!

Cameron is a great host and very responsive. The Loft was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook if you chose to. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is also a great location and very central. We are a family of four and there was plenty of room for all.

The cottage was perfect! I took my two kiddos on a long weekend trip and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal, as well as the house! It was clean, simple, and all of the amenities were amazing. My kiddos loved soaking in the hot tub after all of our walking and loved the snacks provided. The bed was so comfortable and all of the blankets were incredibly warm and soft. Usually in air BNBs I am freezing at night but these blankets were perfect. They really have thought of everything. The hosts were kind enough to put out carrots for us to be able to see the bunnies daily and my girls could not have been happier. We are huge bunny lovers so to see them so happy was nice (we caught some flat bunnies and binkies). We really could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you so much!

Easy to find, easy check in/check out, convenient location, close to everything! Cute house, comfortable, had everything we needed. My kiddos absolutely love the backyard space, hammock and hot tub! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Loved staying here! The place was really clean and bright. Looks like it’s brand new. The outdoor gas fire pit and barbecue grill were awesome to have at our avail, as well as a washer and dryer. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in the area!

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

This was a lovely location for a girls trip. It is very nice and private and tucked away. I will say, the quality of the home isn't spectacular - the deck is a little rough and the docks are pretty rickety. However, I had a ton of fun with my group and those things didn't make a huge difference in the weekend. I thought the price was a little high for what it was, but I was glad to be so close to town. The views from the deck are incredible.

My Service Dog, her sister, and I had the best 3 week Stay at Chelsey's place! we were happy to have access to as many space heaters as there are rooms in the home, everything was super clean, and the antique and interesting furniture and decorative pieces were so cool and beautiful! Will likely stay again when I return to visit family! The dogs loved the big and very secure backyard!

This house was a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for my family to spread out and have their own rooms, but cozy in the living spaces. House was really clean, had plenty of linens & towels, and all the beds that we used were comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small (which I expected from the photos), it’s what I call a ‘one cook kitchen’— but it worked just fine. Overall, this house fit our needs and served as a great home base while we visited CDA for the first time.

This home was in the most beautiful setting of DeerPark lake, complete with a porch for viewing the lake, deer, turtles and flocks of turkey. The gate on the deck helps keep our dog can find yet enjoying the outdoors. The house is very comfortable and well kept. The beds were comfortable and cozy and there was plenty of room to gather and chat with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little well-appointed house in an idyllic neighborhood setting - loved being able to walk downtown to everything so easily. Decent grocery store only a 5 minute drive away. Electric fireplace was cozy each morning with our coffee. House was perfect for my mom, daughter and me while visiting my brother and his family in CDA and Spokane. Would definitely recommend!

Great little Craftsman Cottage in a mature neighborhood of Coeur d' Alene. Great location and easy to find. Just a few minutes drive from I-90. Just a few minutes drive (or 15 min walk) to "downtown" Coeur d' Alene. Quiet little neighborhood. Felt Safe. Easy Street Parking. Great little fenced in back yard area with a deck. Front Porch too! Great spot indeed.

We had a great stay in Tara’s rental. It’s conveniently located in walking or short driving distance of stores, restaurants, and downtown CDA. There is a primary bedroom with its own bathroom and the main bathroom on the first floor. Three bedrooms are upstairs. It could be a challenge for a group with mobility issues, but for our group it worked great. Incredible value for the area as well. Would definitely recommend.

Eric was a great host and his cabin was better than we expected. Everything was perfect, starting with the gorgeous views, all the amenities you could possibly need and the new boat dock which was important to us because we traveled there by boat and was large enough to hang out there with our group during the day and into the night under the stars. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and it just felt like being in a cozy, welcoming home. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay so special!
