Alyce was a fantastic host - very responsive, helpful in getting us a place at last minute, and our stay in the area ended up being fabulous! Would highly recommend staying in a property hosted by Alyce!

We had a great stay! We were at Kelli's place for 2 weeks while we skied at Schweitzer Mountain. The house was conveniently located to all the shops, bars, restaurants and City Beach. We walked everywhere. It's also only a 20-25 minute drive to Schweitzer where we had great skiing in the 2nd and 3rd week of March. The house was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We liked that each room had its own thermostat so everyone could keep their bedroom at their preferred temperature. The showers had good water pressure and there were plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. Loved the washer and dryer. It's just a 2-minute drive to the YMCA where we bought a 2-week membership so that we could work out, swim, soak in the hot tub, use the steam room and sauna. There is also another gym around the corner. There were several grocery stores nearby. We loved Schweitzer, Sandpoint and Kelli's house. I would definitely stay here again.

So relaxing!! Absolutely loved the home! We were looking for a getaway but not far away, we found it. Cute, clean little home with everything we could need. Very quiet and relaxing and that’s just what we were looking for. Was great to relax in sauna in the morning to start our day and wind down in the hot tub in the evenings. We had some confusion on the air conditioning (our own mistakes😄) and Greg and Emily were quick to respond and help us figure things out. We loved walking to restaurants and just wandering about town. Loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Thank you again for a great getaway mini vacation.

Jennifer’s rental was wonderful. Clean, convenient and beautifully decorated. Jennifer responded immediately whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

The stay was amazing we were a little nervous due to it being surrounded by trees but it was amazing it felt safe super clean! She had good branded shampoos and conditioners as well as body wash! Plenty of towels lots of fun games plenty of place an amazing area for s’mores beautiful view outside with all the outdoor light it was super fun we will definitely be returning:) the host answer all my questions within mins of me asking she was super patient with my questions they answer the phone super fast she was so flexible with our arrival the manager was so great she helped us with some tap that was so needed for decoration such great people loved everything about the place:)

10/10 would book again! Great way to end our ski season!!!!

Cozy, comfortable, and clean! My group had a great time staying here. Awesome amenities with thoughtful touches to make it feel like home base for our ski trip. Loved the ski focused and local decor, and the great setup for skiing with the ski rack and boot dryers. Easy to get to the mountain and village and then enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub after with friends. Robert was a great and communicative host, very responsive. Trip went smoothly and it was nice to know he was available for questions/help if needed. Would stay here again!

Kyra’s place was exquisite! We loved the dive in around the lake, I couldn’t believe how close the road was to the water. The house is situated perfectly over looking the lake and sunset! I cant say enough about how great the experience was. It was extremely cozy around the fire (they even provided fire wood). There is a restaurant within walking distance that also checks all the boxes. We went up to go to Coeur d’Alene but ended up having a better time just staying around the house. 10 out of 10.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

This house was awesome. Beautiful view and Bald Eagle entertainment all day which was a very pleasant surprise. One perched in a snag 40 feet from the deck and we had plenty of time to zoom in on him with the binoculars 👍. Deck furniture was comfortable and plentiful. House was beautiful and rooms were comfortable. The only thing I would warn people about is the walk down to the beach. If you have older people, pregnant people, handicapped people, small children or out of shape people you’re going to have a problem with the path. You can always have those people drive to bottle bay resort and pick them up on your boat, but if you don’t have that option they are not going to be able to enjoy the beach. The beach area and dock were awesome and shaded for most of the day. If you can go out past the dock you will have the best sunsets in the area. Had a great time and everything was as listed. Just make sure you have good footwear for the trail 👍.

Great Place to stay! My family had a great weekend enjoying the beautiful view and indoor pool. Definitely would stay again.

This is a great rental! The area is beautiful and it has an awesome outdoor area on the river! Melissa was super responsive and very helpful! We would definitely book here again!

The photos are amazing but still don’t capture the overall feel and look. One of the few places I’ve stayed where I was blown away upon arrival. The hosts couldn’t have been more gracious, flexible, and helpful. Thanks for such great memories!!

Loved our stay for our annual family ski trip! The kids loved the video game and the amount of space they could run around. The adults loved the pool table, and the wonderful amenities provided! We all would like to come back in the summer! Beautiful home with very nice touches throughout!

This beautiful house overlooks the lake and mountains. It provided my family with comfortable and private rooms and also had lovely common spaces such as the chef’s kitchen and peaceful deck. The hot tub was wonderful to relax while taking in the sunset. Joya was very responsive and friendly.

5 STAR STAY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ryan was a lifesaver. 4 days before my stay, a house management company canceled on me and Ryan came to the rescue. He provided my group with a very enjoyable stay on short notice! Spotless and extremely clean house. Home feels brand new. Ryan’s spot in Bayview ID is greatly suited for families looking for a nice relaxing spot with the best lake to boat on. Ryan the hostess has amazing communication skills and the quickest response time!! Ryan made me feel like a close friend and I have the highest of respect for him. We will be back!!

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

We loved vacationing at this location with our boat. The house was very clean and homey. There was excellent outdoor dining space on the big porch and outdoor lounge area near the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Would easily stay here again. This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend ski trip to Schweitzer. Ann was so friendly and kind, and extremely easy to communicate with. This home is lovely and has so much space and entertainment. We had a great time staying here!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

This cabin was a great retreat for our mother/daughter trip. The cabin is tucked off of the main lake road and directly on the water. The view was fantastic and the vibe is your grandparents' old cabin, replete with DVDs and old Reader’s Digest compilations. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for a large group and some pretty fun vintage appliances, like a 1960s toaster. A note of caution that anyone who is not sure-footed would find the trail down to the lake a challenge in places. However, the wide array of water toys and large dock are fantastic for any who do venture down. For those staying topside on the back deck, the recliners are sturdy and comfortable, as are the outside chairs. The cabin is across from a shallow underwater sandbar that appears to be where boats park for playing in the water. We enjoyed watching the comings-and-goings along with the myriad of water birds cruising by right at eye level. A restorative and lovely stay. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!
