House vacation rentals in Sandpoint

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's been beautifully restored with original woodwork and many modern updates: heated floors in bathrooms and kitchen, gorgeous appliances, walk-in shower. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy the patio furniture also. Robert was very responsive and we felt very comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Kyra’s place was exquisite! We loved the dive in around the lake, I couldn’t believe how close the road was to the water. The house is situated perfectly over looking the lake and sunset! I cant say enough about how great the experience was. It was extremely cozy around the fire (they even provided fire wood). There is a restaurant within walking distance that also checks all the boxes. We went up to go to Coeur d’Alene but ended up having a better time just staying around the house. 10 out of 10.

I can’t say enough about this place. It is literally heaven on earth. Not only is the host extremely nice and easy to get in touch with, her space is AMAZING. Everything was clean, organized, she had everything you could need. One night we planned on going downtown Sandpoint and we opted to stay at the cabin to enjoy it because it was so cozy and enjoyable. We will be back! This place is an absolute must!!!!!

We absolutely loved staying here! It’s definitely one of the top places we have stayed at! The rooms were so spacious and helpful since I am on crutches. The host was so helpful and responsive. They kept checking and seeing how it was going. The hot tub was amazing and one of the best I have ever been in. The pool table downstairs was nice and my kids loved the arcade and the yard to play in snow. There was high speed internet so we could game and not lag a huge plus! 5* place! We will definitely be back!

We loved this cozy air bnb! It was great for kids and adults. The place was clean, quaint and had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to heat up the basement but our kids were more interested in the hot tub and playing in the rest of the house anyways. We used the available air mattress and it fit right at the same level as the couch downstairs which made for extra cozy movie nights for the kids! This was about an 8 minute drive from downtown sandpoint which was very convenient. Joey was very quick to respond to questions. The keypad on the front door gave us a bit of trouble but we made do (we didn’t reach out for help on this but I’m sure Joey could have helped out). We read about the train noise so we made sure to bring sound machines for each room. We loved having the fire pit too!! There were tons of board games too which was a nice touch. Light switches and such were labeled nicely as well as extra linens for the air mattress/futon if needed. We will be back!

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

My husband and I and two Labs enjoyed our stay! Very spacious!! We were here on a ski vacation and loved how close we were to Schweitzer! Kitchen had everything thing we needed! We are used to very firm mattress, mattress for us; was too soft. We enjoyed the fireplace heat in the master room 😊. Once the dogs were used to the house, they chilled out. We loved being able to drive into shop/garage and unload all our gear and stay dry! We were able to walk the dogs, in the snow and enjoy the beauty of winter. The road had some traffic, not much…we kept our dogs on leashes though. If they saw deer, we may not be able to stop them 😊. We definitely would stay here again. The hosts are very prompt in answering our questions and that is appreciated.

We are frequent visitors to North Idaho and are fortunate enough to stay in different places while visiting. This location and residence filled all the boxes for my family. Well kept and comfortable quiet and private. We will definitely be back at this location. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience

Kim and Travis’s lakeside hideaway is absolutely stunning! The photos truly don’t do it justice. The lake views were a highlight of our stay—whether we were relaxing on the front porch or enjoying the scenery from inside, it was always a peaceful and beautiful sight. The kitchen is another standout. It’s fully stocked, spacious, and perfect for cooking and gathering as a family. We loved how it was designed with plenty of room for everyone to pitch in, and it made mealtime a real treat. The loft setup is fantastic for kids—offering them their own space to play and relax, while still being connected to the family below. The location is wonderfully quiet and secluded, making it an ideal getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. On top of all of that, Kim and Travis were incredible hosts. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable knowing they were so attentive to our needs.

Tara's place was delightful. We felt like we were pampered guests in a brand new home. So many little extras that I have never encountered in all my travels. We experienced genuine kindness and caring from our host. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in several states. This is by far our best experience. We did not meet our host in person but through our communications we came away feeling like we had good friends Twin Lakes.

Great Place to stay! My family had a great weekend enjoying the beautiful view and indoor pool. Definitely would stay again.

There are a few maintenance items that should be looked into, and some parts of the house were smudged/dirty like the TV screen in the living room, and the cooktop. Make sure you are checking all emails and texts! All of your instructions for getting into the home are on their website page for you, so getting in (door code) was a bit confusing compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. That site has everything you need, check-in and out, WiFi, door and gate codes, etc. I just didn’t know to look there at first. Thanks for a great stay!

Very pleased with the cottage!! I am always worried about cleanliness but your place made me comfortable. The location is amazing as we could ride everywhere we needed to (the bikes were SO helpful) thank you! Lastly, the master bed didn’t hurt my back like most. Thank you so much, we look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful condo with wonderful lake and Mountain View’s. The place was super clean and had extra amenities plus the deck was a great view spot for eagles and osprey. Will definitely come back again.

We loved the theme, bedding was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the smell of the provided shampoo and conditioner. My kids got to learn how a record player works, and enjoyed playing records our whole stay. No problems whatsoever. We'd stay here again.

This is a great stay especially if you have a dog. The host offered us a dog door which was really great and convenient for us. It’s only a few minutes from Tubbs Hill and a huge park downtown which had tons to do. Trader Joe’s is close, and overall there were many local coffee sports nearby which is a win for me.

This was a perfect place to stay while working in the area for 2 weeks. The house is beautifully remodeled and felt like home. Really appreciated off street parking. Was able to walk to grocery stores and downtown CDA. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Exactly the kind of clean, comfortable, well-outfitted, easily accessed accommodation my son and I hope for when we're in town for a 3-day weekend. Had everything we needed with none of the clutter that we didn't. I'd stay here again, and highly recommend.

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.
