There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

Very private ‘in law’ type suite. Cute, neat and overall nice stay. Private outdoor entrance apart from main house with wide gradual stairs. Fine for elderly. Not a ton of closet space but just enough to make a 30 day stay possible. Owners are beyond nice and super helpful. We had one minor maintenance type issue and it was fixed right away. Super responsive. Super well maintained and clean space. Would stay again! High recommend

We had a great stay here while having some work on our own house done. All of us felt right at home! The house was clean, comfortable, and so conveniently located. Was in town visiting family, just 2 of us. Perfectly located, close to the freeway, stores, groceries, restaurants, etc. Close to downtown St. Paul. Cute, older home. Actually had more room than I expected. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Was nice to have a back yard that was fenced in. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Very responsive host! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with lots of books, games, and art to enjoy. The yard & neighborhood was very dog-friendly with great shops & restaurants nearby. Great kitchen- well stocked and had all the appliances & serving wear you could need. My teen loved his own space in the “basement suite”. Off-street parking was nice & Kristi had great communication throughout. We were very happy with our stay.
