Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Saint Johns River

Enjoyed my stay and the host was very accommodating to my request.

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Wonder place!! Feels like home when you walk in. Very clean and just an all around great. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed another wonderful stay at Joyce's place (my third stay). As always, great communication and very clean and welcoming space. The neighborhood is top notch for an easy walk to historic downtown, while residing in a tranquil tree layered oasis.

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

ive stayed at several air bnb rentals in my time, Thi has to be my favorite one so far. I loved the house. great location, cheap price for what your getting! rooms are large, nicely decorated, very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, owners would check on me from time to time to see if I needed anything. beds are very comfortable which made it hard for me to want to get up early, most days I slept in because it was so peaceful there. I can't wait to go back and stay there again. Owners are super friendly and very responsive. the house has alot of space and a great kitchen to cook in. the back patio area is awesome. highways and shopping are easy accessible with main streets not to far away. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is perfect for anyone coming to Jacksonville for business. Located close to a whole host of great restaurants and easily accessible to Gate Pkwy (which is why I chose this location). I was surprised with the peacefulness of the property even though the neighborhood is surrounded by businesses and busy roads. The pond, with its host of geese and ducks offered a taste of nature while being centrally located. The house was well appointed and perfect for my larger family.

Nicholas’s place is absolutely stunning!! His house is so beautiful and peaceful and furnished to perfection! We loved having so much space and such a large yard. The neighborhood is very easy to find and quiet and it’s easy to check in and out. Nicholas had great recommendations for places to go too. His house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay and is spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and pillows and blinds and curtains on all the windows so you can have it super dark or let the sunshine in. Such a beautiful place and we would 100% recommend and stay again!! We had an exceptional experience with Nicholas!!

My family and I loved staying at Blake’s place! The house is super cute, very clean, had everything we needed, and is close to the beach. We also loved having access to the bikes; which we used for exploring the neighborhood. And if you have an EV, don’t forgot your charger because you can plug in at the house (the house has a charger outlet right in the driveway). Blake goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. We all agreed, we would like to stay here again on our next trip to Jacksonville.

This is the second time we have stayed at Brandon's places and you really can't go wrong. Super nice, friendly host. This home is absolutely gorgeous. The heated pool is massive and the kids were thrilled with the game room. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We went to space launches and the zoo and both were convenient to get to. I would enthusiastically recommend any of his properties to friends and family. Great stay! 5 stars

We visit Florida each year, and this is the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was clean and everything was very well stocked -- beach towels, linens, kitchen supplies. The proximity to the beach, pool, and hot tub are unmatched. Convenient parking, great facilities. We hope to book again!

We highly recommend Garrett’s place. Super clean and conveniently located. When we had questions, Garrett was quick to respond and was very helpful. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...
