Vacation rentals with a home theater in Saint Johns River

I love this complex. My first time renting from Ashley. She was an exceptional host. She responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was incredibly kid-friendly, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. The resort itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean—we felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. What really stood out to us was the decor inside the home. My kids were so excited the moment we walked in! The thoughtful touches and cozy setup made it feel just like home, but even better. Everything we needed was available, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for families. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children!

Great place and great location, every where we went was between 6 to 15 minutes away, lots within walking distance as well. The resort renovations have been completed and look great. This unit is about a 2 minute walk to the pool.

The apt is very comfortable and well stocked. Colorful and cozy. My favorite is the patio with several areas to sit amongst tropical potted plants.. with sunshades and a covered table/ chairs where I could have morning tea. Bonus is lovely outside shower for nice rinse after my time at the beach. All immaculate and welcoming. Restaurants and shops are close by as well. Thank you for hosting Stacey. Thanks to Bryant for being near by to answer questions. I highly recommend Stacy’s apt and the Flagler Beach area. I hope to stay again!!!

Rita’s place was bright and colorful as pictured. My boys loved the Star Wars theme in the bedroom. She sent messages with detailed information and instructions prior to our arrival and sent a message to check on us while we were there. The location was nice and is a great neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Awesome place to stay! The pool is amazing! The restaurant at the pool had pretty good food too! The beds were super comfy and we all slept amazing! Highly recommend Paula’s place for your next stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay and will recommend Emery’s place. It’s very clean, well organized. AC is great. Close to supermarkets, restaurants. Check in is very easily. Staff is friendly. Love the well-stocked coffee machine very much! Will love to stay again! Thanks for having us!

When we first walked in, the smell of the barnyard wood was so nice. The house was clutter free and they left a cute welcome sign for our family on the refrigerator. The kids (and admittedly us parents too 😃 ) loved the game room. We spent hours playing against each other. The bonus was when we went to bed and found out the bed was one of those electronic adjustable beds! The layout was perfect for our family. Our oldest son got to be in his own room while parents took the room connected to the one with bunkbeds for our younger son. We had privacy but were close enough to our little one for any night time needs. Thanks again for your hospitality, we will be wanting to book again in the future for sure!

LOVE this house and the neighborhood! Private and felt very safe! Not to mention the constant work (trash, pools, lawn care) going on all through out the week, definitely shows in the neighborhood as it’s so nice. It’s literally so cute! Frank and his co-host were on the ball with responding quickly and were so nice! The only recommendation I would have if you stay here with multiple cars is to ask the security (yes there’s security that drive around constantly) where they would prefer you to park if you need to park on the street. One night one of our vehicles had been in the same spot since about 7-8pm and they waited until 1am to come bang on the door to ask us to move it under a light pole. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT Franks fault or discredits the house in any way- just some friendly advice!!

I am a very picky person on where I take my family or sleep, I chose this house because of the modern look it had, the pictures got me.. but to actually be in person I was super happy. I ended up taking pictures myself to try to replicate a few areas. The community is close to everything, I was there for my grand daughters cheer competition didn’t realize it was 7 mins away, the parks were the same. When we return next year I will definitely be looking into rebooking. Thank you again and hopefully see you next year!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the game room, movie room and pool. Close to the resort amenities in Championsgate.

Ernest’s place was pure perfection! My family enjoyed our time. The property was even better than the pictures were able to capture. The game room was the highlight of the trip. Ernest was very communicative from the time I booked until the time I left. Everything is broken down and explained in a way you can’t help but to understand. And if words aren’t your thing, he also has descriptive videos. If the property is available, grab it! You won’t be disappointed.

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

This is a beautiful, well cared for home. The themed rooms were so fun! It is obvious that a lot of thought went into creating immersive rooms that were professionally constructed to look like you stepped into a storybook complete with lighting and sounds. We’ve stayed in rental homes around Disney many times but none was as gorgeous and well managed as this one. The entire house was clean and smelled so nice. Well stocked kitchen and everything looked new, including the furniture. We could tell the hosts are serious about creating a comfortable and inviting space. The neighborhood is quiet. We didn’t visit the clubhouse but it looked like the amenities are maintained. The drive from the house to Disney was easy to navigate. Overall, we have such high praise for this house!

Juliana was a super great host. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting the area. The home had all the amenities to feel safe and at home, with a vacation resort vibe.

This was our first time using Airbnb and we have to say it was a great experience. The rental unit was true to the pictures and our kids loved the double bunk beds. The kitchen was set up perfectly for us and the laundry is a huge plus. We loved the outdoor sitting area after long days in the sun. The property itself was better than we expected for our family. The pool was huge, warm, and had many friendly guests who were also staying there. They have the amenities and activities for the kids down to a science. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Brooke has all of the equipment for these activities and more! This is a perfect unit for a family with young kids.

This place was just what we needed! Clean, comfortable and private. Just what you need whether you are spending a day by the pool or a day at Disney/Universal. We did not need much during our stay but anytime before and after our stay that I had a question, Courtney was very responsive. The extra amenities like high chair and stroller really assisted our stay as well so we didn’t need to bring from home. My daughter absolutely loved the toy story room and now wishes she had one at home.. lol. Will definitely stay again in the future when planning trips to the Orlando theme parks.

We absolutely loved it here! I loved that it was gated so it felt safe for my family. The pool and commons area was so nice and our place truly felt like a home away from home. The hairdryer died when I tried to use it and they had me a new one there in hours! Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was wonderful. Location is perfect for Disney and other things Orlando has to offer. Great pool and water slides for the kids. Hosts have almost anything you could think of at your disposal, from pack and plays, to cooler bags, and any dishware you could want. Additionally they have maybe the most robust welcome book that answers any question you could have. If you have kids and are taking them to Disney or Orlando, book this spot, you won't be disappointed!

Victor’s space was a great place to stay and paired well with our adventure to Epic Universe! My kids thoroughly enjoyed all the themed rooms and decorations. Victor was attentive and offered top notch customer service. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub which were an easy walk right across the parking lot from the condo. I would recommend Victor’s place to anyone who has kids and/or loves Mario!

We had a great time and had more than enough space. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the arcade in their room. When they FaceTimed their cousins, they thought we were at a Disney resort! Location was so convenient to all Disney parks. We had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! Marisol was an excellent host and communicated quickly throughout our stay. Her home was comfortable and well stocked. We honestly felt like we were at our own home or staying with a close friend! She has plenty of extras that typical rentals don’t even consider but make you feel at home. For instance she had umbrellas for her guests. So very thoughtful. We will return.

We were so lucky to book Bongo’s Disney Pad for a week in April. My one year old was thrilled by all the toys and the place had everything we needed plus extra touches. Lina was super responsive and helpful, and the cleaner was immaculate. We can’t wait to come back!
