We loved staying at Kathy’s place. It was a wonderful oasis, with a beautiful and relaxing pool area. We ran into Kathy’s brother Jim multiple times while outside and got great recommendations for things to do in the area (Get Up and Go kayaking at Shell Key Preserve!!) and also asked to make sure our stay was top notch. They had nice chairs, umbrellas, and a few tents that can be used for your beach trips (we used the chairs and umbrella, which are essential). Bonus points for being super walkable to the beach *and* all the restaurants/bars in the area.

This stay had everything I needed for a quick couple of days away! Location is everything. Easily walkable to Upham Beach which I adore. The place was clean, pool was great, and I felt safe even though I was alone. Plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, kitchen pluses like coffee maker and small appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Kathy could not have been a more accommodating host allowing me an earlier check in time and later checkout due to my flight times. It was so nice being able to come back and grab a quick shower after the beach the day I was leaving. This place is an excellent VALUE! Thank you Kathy!!!

After trying out several locations in the Orlando area, I can confidently say that this one stands out as the absolute best. Not only does it offer top-notch facilities, but it’s also incredibly cost-effective compared to others in the area. The range of amenities provided surpasses anything I’ve experienced before, offering a level of luxury and quality that far exceeds the price. Its proximity to the parks is a huge plus, but what really sets it apart is the resort-like atmosphere. Whether you’re a family looking for fun activities or adults seeking relaxation, there’s something for everyone here. From bowling to lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink in hand, this Airbnb truly caters to all tastes and preferences. Not only was the Airbnb itself exceptional, but Andrew, the host, had great communication which made the check-in process seamless and hassle-free. We will recommending to all of our friends and family, as well as returning ourselves.

We chose to stay at The Resort at the last minute and it turned out to be the best possible choice. I’m wheelchair dependent and although not ADA compliant (the host let me know beforehand) the space fit my needs. Fit it so much that we extended the stay!

I absolutely LOVED staying here! The location is perfect for what I needed and the condo was exactly as described. I even slept well on the Murphy bed! Kim was absolutely lovely with her directions, recommendations, and her response time. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available. Thanks for making my solo vacation to Daytona so peaceful and stress-free.

Great place if you’re looking for an affordable option for a larger family that is walking distance to all the stuff to do in Saint Augustine. I loved the rooftop deck and watching the sunset.

Upon arrival, the reception area was filled with the aroma of freshly popped popcorn as well as freshly baked cookies, which they prepare each afternoon for guests. They have a cute breakfast area as well. The hotel is directly across the street from their private beach, which we enjoyed immensely. We even got up to see the sunrise on the beach, which was lovely. Amenities included complimentary use of a handful of boogie boards, and the hotel offers chair and umbrella rentals, which looked quite nice. The facility has an outside shower station, so you can wash off the sand and salt. The pool is fairly small but the area is clean and inviting, and the water was warm. Our room was clean and had all of the amenities that you need and more, such as a full-size fridge. The balcony, which looked out at the beach, was absolutely lovely. The location is great. It’s a short drive to St Augustine, and there’s a Publix and several other businesses, just a short drive away. Great for all ages.

We had the most relaxing getaway at this cozy little lake cabin! It was the perfect place to disconnect from everything and just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The cabin was perfect and incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed for a quiet retreat. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge, this is it!

Charming beach getaway! Perfect ocean view - can't get any closer! I was able to get my work done utilizing their great guest WiFi, and then beachcomb at will with their complimentary beach gear. The delicious homemade breakfast they provide filled me up and was a great way to start my day. The front desk was all smiles all the time and eager to make my stay perfect. I highly recommend The SA Beach House!

We had a fantastic time. While the pictures show how beautiful the place is, they don't come close to how this home makes you feel once you walk in the door with its welcoming interior, the decor and indoor pool complete with a waterfall-ask google to turn it on. It's pretty cool! Each of the 4 suites have their own vibe. Ours was the Serenity Suite. Comfortable king bed and plenty of space. Would love to do the Honeymoon Suite next time. There's plenty of things to do in the area and great places to eat and listen to live music too. Vanessa was quick to answer any questions we had. We'll definitely book this one again the next time we're in the area.

Perfect place for a stay with my dog. Close to everything but so quiet. Nice area to walk my dog. Comfortable bed. Friendly and accommodating host. I would definitely stay again.
