Aparthotel vacation rentals in Saint Johns River

This was a great place to stay that is walking distance to the Marriott World Resort and is very close to Disney. I stayed here while at a conference at the hotel. It was very comfortable and spacious. I loved having the ability to make some of my own meals and wash some clothes. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Great location for anything in Daytona beach with plenty of amenities. Room was updated recently and was very clean. Robert was great to deal with prior to check in. Always prompt with his responses.

The place has everything and is smack in the middle of all the Disney magic. While the property was full of families and kids over the holiday week, the condo was amazingly quiet. Great all around!

I was a little hesitant before checking in because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I opened the door I was wowed by the nice decor, super cleanliness and all the amenities and comforts in the unit. The beds were very comfortable, a ton of drawer space and the unit itself was very roomy. We had plenty of towels, including pool towels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus!! The property is great if you come with kids. It’s huge! Common areas were very clean and well maintained. Resort communication was amazing; everyday I would receive a text with activities going on throughout the day. Property was in a perfect location! We booked this last minute and were so thankful it was available. Rob and Julia were quick to respond when I had any questions and were very nice. Will definitely come back!!!

We had a nice view of the water saw dolphins, manatee and different birds! Sunsets on the beach side were awesome! It was great having fridge, air fryer, coffee pot etc. to have the convenience of having stuff there without going out.

Didn’t get the chance to stay due to a mishap of the listing not supposed to be available. Even though it was inconvenient it was Not the hosts fault

We had a great stay! Great location, clean and stocked well. Tetiana was very proactive in reaching out prior to check-in to make sure we knew she was available for us! I’m sure we’ll be back soon!

My stay at Randolph’s place was absolutely delightful for both me and my service dog, Max. The accommodation was just what we needed, providing comfort and convenience. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach! I hope to return next year for Jeep Beach. Highly recommend! Thank you
