great place to stay super walkable to old town which offers a lot to do also very close to the pools which is a bonus, communicative and responsive. clean and organized

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We stayed here one night while meeting family in the Orlando area. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great as it’s within minutes from most things in Orlando. We had plenty of room for each of my family members.

Tara’s place was exactly what was described. Great location for our trip. We had everything we needed and beds were so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay for me and my 5 friends. The king sized bed upstairs was very comfortable and the other beds were also very comfortable. The couch in the room downstairs is big enough for someone to sleep on if need be. Really great time here.

One of the best houses on AirBnb. Everything is so perfectly organized in this house. We all loved it so much. No issues except one minor. We saw a few cockroaches outside in the patio; however, they were gone next day.

We had a great two-night stay here! The home is in a convenient location—just a short drive to Disney—which made our trip super easy. The space was clean, cozy, and overall very comfortable for our family. Before booking, I saw some reviews mentioning a lot of rules, but in our experience, none of them were unreasonable or difficult to follow. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage. A couple of small things to note for future guests with young kids: there’s no baby gate, and the stairs are steep, so wrangling our toddler was a bit of a challenge. Also, the Ac is locked so while the AC was set to 70, it still felt a bit warm at night since the rooms didn’t have ceiling or portable fans. Even with those minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a quiet, convenient spot near the parks!

This was a great place and location. We would book again if traveling to Orlando.

We had a great stay at Rachel's place. It was located on a quiet and safe street, right next to an elementary school, and public playgrounds. 10 min walk to Starbucks and supermarket, which is very convenient. The place itself is very spacious and with high ceilings. Place is very clean and stocked with many helpful amenities. there's coffee, tea, and a lot of cooking supplies. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again next time!

Great stay , the only thing we came across was small couch in the living room we are a big movie family so that was hard but everything was great !

We loved our stay at this beautiful, new, modern house on a quiet street, right next to the walking path and so close to Dunedin's main street. My mom described it best, "stunning.... fabulous... can you believe how nice this is?" Lisa was friendly and responsive. She was also very thoughtful with nice little welcome items. The house was immaculately clean, beds were very comfortable, the three outdoor spaces were beautiful, great kitchen. If I could rate this higher than a five star experience I would. We would live to stay again and again. Thank you, Lisa!

Great space! Nicely equipped kitchen. Modern yet comfortable furniture. The back yard space was our favorite! The ceiling fan on the lanai was surprisingly refreshing on the hotter days. And the furniture was so comfy for relaxing/ napping. Nice towels! Appreciate the high quality TP ( thank you!). Loved having the washer/ dryer, it helped us to pack super light! We found an easy route to walk to the Riverwalk and to Heights Open Market, two of our favorite spots. We came for the NCAA women's basketball tournament ( our team won, GO HUSKIES), and found this rental was perfect for our needs! Thank you!!!!

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

Jodi's place is wonderful! It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, has quality and comfortable furniture and beds, and well equipped kitchen, bed and bathrooms. What stands out is her attention to detail and the extra touches that made us feel special: from the abundance of beach gear, assortment of bath, kitchen and laundry supplies, and a welcome snack & wine basket to the way the beds and bathrooms were dressed (actually every room!) shows how much she cares about her guests and wants them to feel welcome and at home. This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

The house was very welcoming and had everything you could think of and everything you forgot! It was very close to busch gardens and to some restaurants around. It was lovely and homy. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was clean. It was a great stay.
