Not far from the accommodation is also a leisure area, which includes a minizoo, an in-line track, a large children's playground, a lookout tower, and a restaurant. In addition to the rich nature, the town of Mladá Boleslav is a short walk, in which the Škoda Auto museum and the aeronautical museum are a big attraction.

For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth radio, two TVs and a separate entrance. You can also use a seating area in the countryside. A parking space is also part of the apartment, bed linen and towels are included.
