The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. The cottage, located on the outskirts of the village of Arnoltice, allows you to experience both a peaceful rest and relaxation, as well as an active holiday, due to its location at the foot of the forest. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and SMART TV. Parking directly at the building. The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
