I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location. A spiral staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor. You have the apartment all to yourself, with your own entrance. We ask for quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is non-smoking. Private parking space in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly at the apartment for a fee. The center is about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores are about a 5-minute walk. Cyclists welcome. You have 4 free bikes for your stay. Tips for trips in the area. Check out my guide. Bright and charming loft with magnificent views

For rent is a nice, bright loft in an apartment building on the outskirts of Dresden in the quiet district of Dölzschen. The loft consists of an open kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sleeping area is located above the living room in the attic, which can be reached via a ladder with railing. In the living room there is a sofa which can be folded out and thus 4 people can stay in the loft (2 people in the bed in the sleeping area and 2 people on the sofa bed).

The "Forsthaus Bielatal": The apartment is located in a sunny secluded location on the 1.5 hectare forest property of the Saxon royal Oberförsterei Reichstein. The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

A cosy apartment for 2 guests 20 minutes away (by foot) from the city centre and 10 minutes away from the Dresden Mitte station. It's a quiet area that promises a break away from everything. Situated on the top floor, this means that you will not have any neighbours disturbing you. With a supermarket just around the corner, and a lovely cafe right by the hospital, you can get everything you need by staying here. Please note that this building has no elevator.

Unsere schöne Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, liegt direkt an der Elbe und ist ca. 75qm groß. Sie bietet viel Licht und Platz, komfortable Betten, eine wunderschöne Aussicht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Parkplatz. Nach einer langen Wanderung oder Fahrradtour lässt es sich wunderbar auf dem Balkon am Wasser entspannen. Wer noch Lust hat, kann 5 Minuten spazieren gehen und die Muskeln in der Therme entspannen.

This loft has a very special style. With a lot of love for detail, this beautiful monument was renovated. Open, generous, tasteful and loft-friendly, living and staying here becomes a unique experience. Just 800 meters away is the train station. From there to the Dresden Mitte or to Saxon Switzerland in just 20 to 30 minutes. Trains pass behind this industrial monument. There is also a shopping center nearby.
