If you prefer coffee, you will love sitting outside at your doorstep enjoying the natural view. Located in a campsite, you can use 100m swimming pool. Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) realized in collaboration between architect / interior designer / furniture designer with separate shower room, 31 sqm living space, separate, private entrance and access to the barrel sauna. All furniture as individual custom-made, kitchen countertop and edible concrete/wood inlay work/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
