Lovely apartment in a new building in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with a view of the Main and a balcony. Beautiful river location, right on the Main Valley cycle path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop are about a 4-minute walk away; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge, and the Nixe Main ferry are about a 10-minute walk away. The historic center of Ochsenfurt, with its charming half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the Main River in about 15 minutes.

Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Bright apartment, next to the town hall, on the first floor of the Michelskeller. The fully equipped apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower and two rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and in the living room a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). In total, a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. The entrance is via a key box, so it is flexible from the check-in time.
