You will spend your vacation in beautiful Mainfranken at the southernmost tip of the Main Triangle. Between vineyards and the Main River is our new barrier-free apartment with its own entrance and parking space. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion opportunities. Dream hiking trails and Main Valley bike trails start right outside the door. You can experience medieval flair in the historic village center and the surrounding communities. Numerous swimming coves invite you to swim and go on SUP tours in summer

Das Apartment Blickoase bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung lässt es sich wunderbar auftanken. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

With this special accommodation, all the important points of contact are close by – making it easy to plan your stay. 5-minute walk to the beautiful Main River. Enjoy the city on weekends from May to October. Explore the old town and possibly the Fastnacht Museum. Shopping facilities within walking distance. Enjoy coffee and cakes right at the house. Unfortunately, this apartment is not barrier-free, as it is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

The bungalow with a pool and a large terrace is a unique oasis of retreat, located just 10 minutes from downtown. On a total area of 150 m², you can relax in a stylish ambience equipped with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities that make a fully extensive, feel-good stay possible. In addition to the pool, this includes a creatively designed sauna and an in-house gym. The loft-style living area completes the overall picture.

Right next to the market square and the town hall is the Michelskeller in Sulzfeld, a restaurant from the 17th century. century, which has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guest room offered here, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, belongs to the second floor of the building, which also includes an apartment and a vacation rental next to the room. The restaurant is currently not managed.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Quiet location on the outskirts

Kitzingen is a medieval town on the Main with many excursion destinations. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The city is within walking distance and shopping is around the corner. I have a female dog who is in the garden from time to time. If you don't let her bother you, you are welcome to use my garden to relax.
