Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our Scandinavian house is located directly on the Baltic Sea in the first row to the beach, about 80 m away! Just behind the dunes in the pine forest, this vacation home is an ideal place to relax. Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The apartment is right next to the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But also in Peenemünde there is the Peenestrom bathing area on the peninsula. Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

There is ample parking space located in front of the property. The apartment is a converted farm worker's cottage of the Frankenthal estate with strong visible beams. The original character has been preserved, but the furnishings are contemporary and modern.
