Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

In 10 minutes you can walk to the idyllic beach of the Peenestrom, by car in 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach of the island of Usedom, in 30 minutes to Greifswald. But of course, there is also a lot to discover in Wolgast. On foot or with our city bikes, which you can use for free.

The approx. 140 m², bright holiday home has a spacious living-dining area with cozy couch and smart TV, fireplace, dining table and an open kitchen. The three spacious bedrooms are fitted with large double beds (sometimes also separable). The modern bathrooms have floor-level showers and sauna. WiFi is free of charge. The large furnished terrace with sun protection and access to the garden invite you to relax and barbecue.
