Our kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances. Brand new is the hot air fryer. One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. The car can be parked on the premises.

From here you can easily reach bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to the desired locations quickly by car. In the studio apartment there is a 140 cm wide box spring bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. The small garden invites you to barbecue and offers relaxation.
