Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to the size of a VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

In Kröslin, the boat 4 Sterne Dtv Floating House offers an excellent view of the lake. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. The property is located close to the beach and public transport links are within walking distance.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Renovated, historic fisherman's house in Freest, 5 minutes to the beach The former fisherman's house is located right by the marina of Freest. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very lovingly and tastefully, nostalgically renovated and individually furnished. We rent 2 adjacent fishing houses (see 2 listings). You use a common courtyard and garden on a fenced area of about 2000 m².

Cozy apartment near water and forest – ideal for couples & families Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment "Galerie" in a quiet location. It is located on the upper floor in the renovated outbuilding of our courtyard and can accommodate two adults and two children. Just a short walk and you are by the water or in the forest.
