Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

"Little happiness" describes the sunny and very charming 4-room apartment quite well. All rooms, except the kitchen, face south towards the sea or the small side street, Hermann-Bebert. It is a beautiful old building apartment, equipped with high rooms, plank flooring and historic doors. With a lot of love for detail, the 100 sqm apartment was extensively renovated. From the bedroom you can see the sea and it is only 5 minutes to the quaint fishing port.

If you are in the mood for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sitting in the sun in our courtyard or in winter turning on the tiled stove and enjoying a tea.
