Holidays in a thatched roof house! The spacious, tranquil complex with its 4 holiday homes is very quietly located on the edge of the small island village of Krienke in the middle of the Achterland. From here you have a fantastic view of meadows, fields and pine forests. The barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible Haus Kranich offers comfort for 8 people with reduced mobility and can accommodate a total of 12 guests. A spacious garden with its own swimming pond offers plenty of space to relax.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Waldvilla – Vacation Home on the Baltic Sea for 9 People

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Peenemünde Vacation Rental

The apartment is right by the Peenemünde harbor on Usedom. The Baltic Sea beach is a 10-minute drive away. But there is also the Peenestrom swimming spot on the peninsula in Peenemünde. The apartment has a fireplace (but you have to bring wood) and an infrared cabin. Bedding is on site. Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The cottage is maritime, with a lot of attention to detail, has been furnished and impresses with high-quality equipment. Three bedrooms can accommodate six. A baby bed can be placed in addition. The spacious, light-flooded living/ dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort to a high standard. Side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, wood-burning stove, smart/pay TV, sauna (additional charge)...

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The apartment is located in a converted barn from 1896, not far from the Baltic Sea beach and Greifswalder Bodden. Throughout the accommodation, the exposed old beams and rustic decor are reminiscent of the building's history. The train station for the direct route to the island of Usedom, Greifswald or Stralsund is only a 10-minute walk away. You can also quickly reach the desired places by car.
