Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Fancy a break with lots of nature, peace, clean air and sea breeze? Rebuilt/renovated in 2020, our house is located in a beautiful garden. Rustic oak planks and a wood-burning stove meet modern minimalism. Situated on a headland in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve in a small village away from the tourist hustle and bustle, within walking distance to the water. The cottage is on our property in a quiet residential area only about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The non-smoking house is furnished for 2-3 people. The vacation home consists of a kitchen (15 m²) and an equally large bathroom on the ground floor as well as a combined living/sleeping room (35 m²) on the upper floor. Outdoor seating with garden furniture and swing for the guests. Parking, wallbox and bicycle stand on the property. Linen package and final cleaning included.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Welcome to our family-friendly alpine hut by the sea for 2 adults and 2 children. Enjoy relaxing wellness moments in our separate sauna hut or use the direct beach access to explore the sea with our stand-up paddleboard. That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

We have a lovingly furnished mobile home for you. The whole mobile home is about 47 square meters with an adjoining large terrace with seating furniture and a parasol. The mobile home is located on an approx. 1000 sqm property surrounded by greenery. The entire property is fenced and has 1 parking space. It is located in a traffic-calmed zone, right on the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route.

Where the river Ryck flows into the Greifswald Bodden, lies the idyllic fishing village of Wieck, a district of the Hanseatic and university city of Greifswald. In this former fishing village you will find the quiet non-smoking cottage with terrace. Access is through the garden.
