A baby cot is also available. This boat features private terraces (open and covered) for evening relaxation. Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Fantastic thatched roof house with direct views of the Achterwasser, very lovingly and modernly furnished. It is an approximately 115 m² vacation home with a large sun terrace for up to six adults + 1 child. At any time of the year, it offers everything you need to relax and unwind. Two double bedrooms and a large family bedroom are available. The downstairs bathroom has a spacious sauna. The fireplace provides romantic coziness.

Enjoy life in our quiet and centrally-located holiday apartment :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Cars can unload in front of the door and park for free in a rented parking lot in the old town, all within a few minutes' walk. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

It is very lovingly and tastefully, nostalgically renovated and individually furnished. We rent 2 adjacent fishing houses (see 2 listings). You use a common courtyard and garden on a fenced area of about 2000 m².
