My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and his family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Thank you so much for everything.

Stefania and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They welcomed us personally an described their place extremely well. Upon arrival they shared an online booklet which described the house and all things to do very well. The place is peaceful and nice. Terriciola is also a good hub to explore key things in Tuscany. You easily get to Firenze, San Gimignano and Pisa. When there, don’t forget to visit the wineries around. Stefania and Maurizio will happily share their tips for getting around. This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights. The view is spectacular, overlooking the Tuscan countryside and with a small garden ideal for breakfast or relaxing. Inside there is also the space for the car that is really comfortable for. The house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and truly with lots of utensils to use the kitchen. Alberto was really very kind and welcoming and if you need him, he responds right away. This destination is ideal for visiting all the villages and cities in the countryside and the restaurant nearby is divine. Unparalleled value for us.

We lived for a week and had a great time! Great location, close to bars, restaurants and sea; quite large house (there were five of us) and the fenced pine forest is pleasant, especially having the dog with us. Very friendly people and available for everything! We had a great time!

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

We were in Livorno to meet our son who is working onboard a cargo ship; unfortunately his itinerary changed and he did not arrive into Livorno until we had left but we still had a great break. Our flight into Pisa was a late evening flight and so having the flexibility of the key lockbox was very helpful and meant we did not need to disturb anyone so late at night. Parking is on street and due to our late time, we did have to park and walk but only a few minutes. We managed to move our hire car closer to the apartment the following day and did not have any issues with this. The apartment itself is very spacious but also feels welcoming and was clean and tidy. Everything we needed was provided and Davide also sent us lots of information regarding local restaurants, shops and bars. We used the local trains to visit Florence, La Spezia and Pis, the train station is only a 15 minute walk. There's also a great local bus service if you want to go into Livorno too. 5 stars

Very pleasant stay in the historic center of Chiusdino, a great place to visit the beautiful area. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Franca is very helpful and proactive. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet apartment in the middle of a lively area. Many options for food and easy access to Livorno's attractions. Good value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and quite modern. We had a little trouble finding it, but we are unfamiliar with Lucca. Lovely restaurants in all directions and cute shops. Leandro was a wonderful host . Peaceful and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely decorated, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large grocery store and many restaurants. We would love to come back. 😃
