Vacation rentals with a patio in Rosignano Solvay

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Monica and Marco are lovely hosts. The apartment is ideally located with a nice garden, close to the city center, excellent base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. The apartment is impeccably clean, spacious, functional, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Maurizio's accommodation is highly recommendable. We were four adults and a small child and stayed for almost two weeks. The accommodation was spacious enough for us, and the old farmhouse has a lot of charm. The park-like garden is truly beautiful. All in all it is a great place to relax or play table tennis or volleyball. There's also a sandbox, a swing, and other toys for children. We really enjoyed the pool. If you're looking for peace, tranquility, and nature, this is the place for you. The host and his wife are very friendly, and we also found the gardener extremely kind.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Wonderful place, friendly people, beautiful views. We were a family of 4. Here you can rest, relax, think and pause for a moment. You'll feel like you're in paradise. Here you will find something for yourself and your child. Very large, clean swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, umbrellas. Beautiful orchard. You can play football, ping pong. You can barbecue in the orchard, and in the morning, when you get up, you can drink coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is sensational. Very clean in all rooms. The city is 5 minutes away by car. In the city, there is a variety of stores. You'll find everything you want. From here you can get to many other interesting places. Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Host reception was particularly welcoming and warm. The house was well cleaned upon arrival. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is a large garden with an olive grove. It was a nice place for our two dogs. Our daughter also enjoyed it immensely. It is a good starting point to visit Tuscan cities. For us it is a place to come back again.

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

A stunning property in the Tuscan hills, with the small village of Ribolla nearby with local amenities. Friendly welcoming hosts, set on a winery. Facilities second to none, absolutely gorgeous swimming pool and view across the value. Will definitely be returning. Take your iPad if you need to watch any tv! Bellissimo!

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
