Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rosignano Solvay

We had a wonderful vacation with our children (7 & 9 years) in Poggio al Cassone. We were able to reach the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence very well. For the children, the pool was the highlight after the excursions. The entire complex is beautifully designed, the apartment really large and we didn't miss anything. We can well imagine coming back. :)

Davide and Annalisa's cottage was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as the pictures showed. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our last week in Italy. Breakfast out on the patio with the birds chirping and surrounded by nature was a great way to start the day. Davide lit the heater for the hot tub for us and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening relaxing. Davide and Annalisa were full of good recommendations for restaurants and local places to visit. The cottage is within driving distance of so much - Pisa, Florence, Siena and of course San Gimignano just to name a few. All the amenities we needed were included, the WIFI was great and the cottage was very comfortable. I would highly recommended staying here and if we are ever in the vicinity we would certainly stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay – for all five of us! The house and the outdoor area were absolutely beautiful, even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless, charming, well maintained, and well equipped. The garden was stunning, and the whole place felt peaceful and private. Ilaria and Francesco were the kindest hosts – helpful, responsive, and incredibly welcoming. We’re already thinking about coming back for a summer holiday (the pool and AC are perfect!). Great location for day trips to Pisa and Florence, and there are lovely restaurants nearby. It was an amazing birthday trip and really good value. One of the best Airbnbs we stayed in with absolutely the best host we have ever met! Antonio was amazing. Before our arrival, he provided clear instructions and suggested to help for a smooth check in. He always made sure that we have what we need for a perfect stay, and even spoiled us with a few complementary wine and chocolate. Now, the place is amazing. From the balcony you get the best views in the region, surrounded by trees and immersed by the sound of birds around you. Truly pleasant, relaxing and restoring vacation. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need, very well maintained, and super clean. We didn't want to leave, and can't wait to get back again!

The location is special, it reserves a unique view and exceptional livability... you live total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

Awesome place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature going hand in hand in the beautiful chalet surrounded by peaceful calmness and a relaxing atmosphere. Maria who is a very friendly Host was always helpful and responded very quickly if we had questions and we are thankful for whole service (with the car :) We recommend the chalet a 10/10 and would revisit it anytime again !

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Daniele (host) made us feel home - Really open and helpful. The house was clean and well equipped, and lived up to our expectations.

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Great place to relax with friendly and chatty hosts that made me and my dog feel very welcome. It's a gorgeous location with stunning views and the apartment gives you a vibe like you moved in time. There is plenty of spots to hang out outside with a nice breeze. And at night I saw a stunning show of fireflies in the little forest below the terrace. The last 2km is a dirt road...it's manageable but be ready to get a bit dusty.

Please do yourself a favour and book this place! Franco and his family are amazing hosts, the appartment looks even better in person and it is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had questioned ourselves whether it would be a downside to live together with more people on the property, but this turned out to be more of an advantage than anything. It felt like having very friendly neighbours, and we never felt like we had less personal space as a result. On top of this, the neighbouring towns are great for day trips and restaurants. So take the opportunity to enjoy this airbnb gem :) (someone mentioned the internet did not work, but this is fixed now)

Great place to stay and good central location for what Pisa has to offer. As a host, couldn’t be more helpful with information about attractions, restaurants and general queries. Had a map for us and highlighted all the best places in town. Met us at the agreed time and gave us a tour of the house. Great facilities inside and roof top terrace a bonus given the weather. Very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to others. Excellent host.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We stayed at Maria’s home for a long family weekend with 6 adults. There is quality ac, 3 bathrooms and 3 good double beds. The private pool is very good with comfortable lounge chairs. Cooking easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Pietro was a very calm And friendly host. He gave us recommendation but also respected our privacy. His dogs are super cute and we were impressed how clean the whole estate is! Our highlight was also the rolling-bakery with fresh croissants and bread.

Beautiful rustic stay in the heart of Tuscany. Manuela was very friendly and helpful. The farm at night with the fireflies lighting up the bushes and nightingale singing in the trees was absolutely enchanting.

The establishment looks even nicer in real life. Our host is very attentive. The place is spacious and lots of little fellas (the owner’s dogs and cats) are there. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place !

Absolutely amazing! The pictures are accurate & the home in person was better than described . Everything about our stay was spectacular! The views were beautiful, the pool was relaxing & very clean, the rose garden was in full bloom and stunning. The house was very clean, beautifully crafted and nicely decorated. Catia & Cinzia (the sisters) were extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A basket of goodies including wine (from their family vineyard), cookies, and EVOO was left for us to enjoy. Their olive oil was truly the best we’ve ever tasted. Andrea is a very receptive host and responded promptly to our questions. Simona gave a fabulous pasta and tiramisu lesson which was so delicious. We ate most meals outside on our private patio overlooking the beautiful surroundings under the Tuscan sun. This place was magnificent 100/10.

Alessandro welcomed us with great patience and kindness. A very friendly host that we will be happy to meet again next year. My daughter thanks him for finding her blanket after we left, yet another proof of his kindness.

My stay at Fabio’s farmhouse was delightful. The house was gorgeous and felt right at home. The house felt cozy and comfortable with breathtaking views of the Tuscany country side. The area is very serene and peaceful. There are plenty of beautiful villages around the area to visit via car. Fabio was a delightful host who was very welcoming and responsive. I am looking forward to staying again here in the future.

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!
