Great apartment that had everything you need for a few days stay. Clean and nice. Comfortable bed. Luxurious with washing machine in the bathroom. Great to be able to wash up some clothes as we would be traveling around for a while in Italy. However, it was very noisy and busy traffic outside. Nothing we were disturbed by at night when we slept well. Nice with free parking on the street outside but it was very full of cars. We found parking quite far away from the property.

Our stay at Andrea & Stefano’s place was lovely. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated with perfect outdoor space as well. Andrea was very friendly and responsive, sending a great list of recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Great solution for a relaxing weekend and wine tasting! Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, with working heating and warm blankets! We had a good time. If I can give some advice: the pillows are quite hard, not very comfortable, and the "locked" door in the living room did not give us much peace of mind... but all in all a great stay!! :)

The apartment is in a prime location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book right there again at any time!!! Great!!!

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Absolutely fantastic house in an unbeatable panoramic location! The photos already promise a lot - but it is even more beautiful. The approach through typical Tuscan mountains and the neighboring villages of Chianni and Rivalto are simply wonderful!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

As we are from tropical Singapore, and my parents are in their 80's, even in mid-May, the stone house was too cold at night (after some rain) for my folks. Nicoletta rushed a kerosene powered space heater to us even on a Saturday, within hours of my message. we congregated mostly on level 2 where the fireplace and kitchen/dining was. however the toilets are on level 3 or ground. so that's a little troublesome for the old folks as they need to climb a flight of stairs. else everything is amazing and authentic. it's like living in a museum or a drand duke's mansion.

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

Babette and her husband are very nice and friendly. The apartment is very suitable for 2 people, the kitchen is superbly equipped with dishwasher and large fridge. Warm duvets are available for the cooler autumn season! Very nice terrace overgrown with vines. In addition, a small additional terrace at the back with morning sun, ideal for breakfast. The apartment is quietly located, a little off the beaten track, surrounded by vines and olive trees. Therefore, not easy to find. The last stretch of road leads partly through a forest on an unpaved road.

Sabrina is a very nice and responsive host. The description fits the reality. Happy surprise the apartment is even bigger in real life than it appears in the photos. Would definitely come back.

The apartment itself was really cute, clean and conveniently located. Gianluca & Raffaella were very very kind hosts, they let us check-in early, gave us tips for Livorno and recommendations on things to do! The neighbourhood sometimes didn’t feel the safest being 3 girls, however the apartment was located close to the main attractions.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Gisella was so friendly and full of fun. She made us feel so welcome like family members. The location and apartment were perfect. We would love to stay again. Also she made a fabulous map for us with all her recommendations. Ringrazio per tutto.

Wonderfully spacious apartment with swimming pool in a beautiful authentic village with nice restaurants, in the middle of Tuscany. Around the corner, you can find fantastic mountain bike trails and hiking trails. Siena and Florence are also almost around the corner. We have enjoyed it!

The apartment is located in an area well connected by public transport, getting around is very easy both to go down to the sea and to go to the clubs in the center. Francesco is very helpful.

Very kind host.Self check-in is very convenient, the room is clean and fragrant, fully equipped, and elegantly decorated.There is a bus stop downstairs, and it is a perfect place to stay if you are coming to Pisa.
