Isfjorden is centrally located to all mountain trips in Rauma, the house is within walking distance to most mountains in Isfjorden, 7 min by car to Romsdalseggen. Cabin at Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour by car) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts are only 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Fjellbu at Frostadsetra is suitable for anyone who wants to stay close to nature, with little noise and good opportunities for outdoor life. Here you can hike, bike, ski and swim in the surrounding area. The area is child-friendly and is suitable for both families and others who appreciate peace and nature experiences. In winter, there are prepared cross-country trails in the area, and randonee is also a popular activity.

We offer our cabins for rental. The main cabin has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), a kitchen, sitting area with fireplace and a dining area. It also has a utility room with underfloor heating and a sink to freshen up. The 2nd and smaller cabin has 3 sleeping places and a spacious bathroom.
