Visit us in the mountains, at almost 1100 meters above sea level, and find tranquility.. Enjoy stunning views, hike (skiing or snowshoeing in winter) and finish with a delicious bath in Tyin. In winter, for the most adventurous, there is also the possibility of ice bathing! Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna (extra cost). There is a row-boat by the private pier, and fishinggear in the annex by the water. Ski in, ski out! You can ski, walk or bicycle all the way througt the forest to Kikut/Oslo if you like! (25 km) See slopenet at Skiforeningen. 30 min drive to OSL airport, 40 min Oslo city. 4 km to Grua st and train to Oslo. Tv2 «Sommerhytta 2023», spilt inn her.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in raw Finnmark nature or sit inside in the living room watching the northerns lights through the large windows. If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
