A beautiful treehouse . So impressed with it , Everything was better than the photos. The beds were so comfy . Lovely area to walk around aswell . Stunning location . Only thing i will say is it does creek a bit with movement but after a few minutes you hardly notice

What a stunning treehouse. The view from the window, the lake and nature looked like painted. A truly magical place. The house is absolutely smartly made and very comfortably built. We came to rest very much, just as we wished. Knut André and his wife Mara prepared everything lovingly and meticulously, so we felt very comfortable and at home. There was nothing missing for us. The kitchen was great. The supply of water, gas, wood and candles was well prepared. The sauna and hot tube have rounded off our stay. Plus three days of bright sunshine. ☀️ What more could you ask for. We even transported our stuff by boat. Thank you for three unforgettable days. Maik, Isabel and Teddy 🐾

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tranquil experience of the location. Lots of hikes and things to do in the area.

Very nice and friendly host

Idyllic tree top cabin in beautiful surroundings. Very positive that there was a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out, and very nice details with freshly picked flowers in a vase and sleeping masks for bright summer nights. Really recommended. What you can be aware of is that it is quite close to the neighboring cabin (tree top cabin), and they pass right by to get to it. For us, it was a family with children, so we were not as "alone" as we imagined, but it went quite well. You can hardly see the other cabin from this one due to a lot of vegetation, so it is perfectly fine.

We stayed at Sigmund's tree house for two nights and it was a great experience. Sigmund welcomed us warmly and showed us everything and gave us many recommendations for activities. He checked on us every day and was always available. The tree house was cozy decorated and had everything as described.

Roar’s is a great host, he always responds to any inquiries especially during your stay. He is cooperative.. and the apartment is great, clean, well organized, and he provides great outdoor activities for families.

This place is a dream- absolutely beautiful surroundings and views looking out over the Trondheimfjord/ Monkholmen. The inside is very colorful, comfortable, and very cozy. The provided breakfast food was delicious to cook with and we had a blast hiking around the area. It’s a quick commute to Trondheim in our rental car but close enough for Ubers to be an option. 5/5!

Absolutely wonderful stay, definitely a hidden gem, would throughly recommend

This is a very unique place! And if you want to get off the beaten track and enjoy the fjords in a more adventurous way then this is your place. It’s a forty minute hike through beautiful woods and then you surface and can see the landscape and sea starching out into the distance. It’s beautiful! Watching the midnight sun set over the course of hours from that high up. The tree house is well thought out. And has everything you need to cook, shower etc. somethings are slightly fiddly but Margareth is a great host and will help you out on text message with anything that you can’t figure out . Only thing to say is bring an eye mask. No curtains. Apart from that could recommend more

It was as great experience to stay among the treetops. The location was private and quiet we only heard the birds. The cabin looked good as advertised. It was nice that we could use the caneos.

The treehouse is incredibly beautiful and in a quiet location. Relaxation is pre-programmed here. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay there for a few more nights.

Very nice and friendly host

The view and surroundings were stunning. It would have been great to get outside, but we were there one night and it was very rainy. This was a camping/glamping experience. Very few amenities- no shower, refrigerator, or even outlets (only car charger ports). But it was a picturesque view with a cozy bed. There was a snack and drink on the bed when we arrived and we even found some blueberries and blackberries outside. The drive there was also gorgeous, we had fun stopping along the way from Bergen!

Incredibly cozy little cabin🌲. Perfect for relaxation, taking a break from everyday life and just being in nature.
