Chalet vacation rentals in Norway

We were there last year, knew what to expect and chose the house again for exactly that reason. It's just everything you need, it's very cozy and comfortable, and the skiing conditions are perfect. Sitting outside on the sofa in the sun in the afternoon is simply irreplaceable :-) Only the communication for the appointment for the booking was a bit difficult, as we come from Germany and are dependent on vacation/ferry trips. But it might also be due to the automatic translation. Unfortunately, a last-minute cancellation on our side was no longer taken into account in the price. But apart from these formalities: the house and Bjornar are great, I would go back any time, perfect for a group of 8 people for skiing in Kvitfjell!

The cabin was amazing with an incredibly beautiful view. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Perfect accommodation for large groups. The social areas and the hall were well taken. Close proximity to cross country ski tracks. Lovely with sauna and fireplace.

Great stay at Rauland, a little bit colder than the rest of south Norway, but central towards many interesting spots around. Good communicating and friendly host.

Lovely space and great ski slopes. Golsfjellet was really lovely. The cabin is nicely located with view, with sun every day of the day. Cozy cabin that we would like to use again. Cozy host who was very flexible with checkout etc. recommended.

Heidi’s cabin was a perfect place for our stay in Beitostølen. Close to shops, restaurants, slopes, and trails, but also secluded and quiet. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Heidi was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely return!

Great place to be. You feel right away at home. You have all what you need and the location is great. Kristian is a great host.

It's hard not to have your hands over your head after our skiing holiday in Hafjell. Christopher and Snædis have a great cabin/apartment here, and they've just made it easy for a family with children to be there. The beds were made up when we arrived, there were delicious towels and soaps, there was wood for the wood-burning stove and there were toys for the kids. In addition, it is only a snowball throw from all the cool things in Favn. Huge recommendation from here!

Beautiful house in a top location, quiet location but close to all necessary facilities such as restaurants and ski lift. Actually it was even more beautiful than in the photos.

This was the most beautiful home - amazing hikes all around you with easy access to the lovely village of Roa and access to many other wonderful trips around Oslo. It was so peaceful staying here. Cecile and Eivind were absolutely lovely and made this trip so very special. It was a once in a life time visit that we will remember forever. Thank you Cecile and Eivind!

The place is really good for larger groups - we were a group of 10 adults and 7 kids. For such groups it's ideal that the house is large and divided into different "zones" allowoing you to retract to your own zone. The actual kitchen is a bit small for such a large house - other than that, the facilities were great. The outdoor spa did not work when we were there.

Third time visited Ingrid. Very nice huge house with a fantastic view on meadow where ships covered in light fog enjoying their life between rocky mountains. Thank you Ingrid!

Literally the best experience ever - 5 out of 5 stars. The host was incredibly responsive / helpful, made a great tour guide recommendation (shout-out to Vegard @ æventyr), and the lodge was incredibly spacious / comfortable. Had great luck seeing the Northern Lights on the patio EVERY NIGHT, and it was fantastic. Well appointed kitchen, super fast internet (500Mbps regularly), good spaces for groups, and a bathroom in each room (which I'm coming to realize is a HUGE differentiating factor with other AirBNBs in this part of Norway). Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

We booked the accommodation 30 minutes before arrival and were very satisfied with the house. Nils responded quickly and was gracious. He sent a cleaner who checked to see if we still needed household items. The house was clean, it's right on the street, but was still quiet. Shopping facilities within walking distance are within walking distance. We would have liked a few utensils, such as a baking sheet or oven gloves, but otherwise there was everything you need for a nice vacation. I can recommend Nils and his place. Very spontaneous and helpful, would always book the place again!

Cozy cabin in perfect location!

We have spent one week in the cabin of Aart to enjoy the tranquility and go skiing a bit. The cabin is high standard and the location is unashamed with amazing nature. Aart has described everything from directions to practical information in detail so nothing was left to chance. The cabin is very practical and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. We had a lovely long weekend in Berit's cabin:) Incredibly good communication along the way, arrived at the heated cabin that we really appreciated! The cabin has everything you need and more, we would love to come again :)

One of the most amazing places that we've stayed in! The cabin was lovely and suited our needs well, and the location was incredible! Tucked away in a secluded spot and away from the crowds! The views from the cabin are breathtaking and we were lucky enough to have a few days of sun in September! The hosts Lucie and Paul were lovely and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Can't recommend this place highly enough, it is amazing and we'd love to return!

This is an absolutely beautiful base in a stunning setting. Well located to get to beautiful walks and views and a fairly easy direct drive from Bergen. The sauna is the icing on the cake. We’d go back again tomorrow.

Had a nice stay in the cabin. Located very centrally with shop across the road. Parking just outside. The standard was very good and everything worked as it should. Very cozy cabin! Would love to come again.
