The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

Whether you are on a business trip or a romantic weekend in Trondheim. 300 meters from the city center and the nearest grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people but sleeps 6.

City center - 66 sqm classic apartment building

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Perfectly located with approx. 5 minutes walk to Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the lake. Inside, it is uniquely designed with a curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedroom. Good size bathroom. Decorated with a mix of classic retro furniture and modern furniture. The living room has a nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

From the apartment at Møllenberg, most attractions are within walking distance — including Bakklandet, the city center, Solsiden, universities, restaurants, and shopping areas. There's also a nearby bus stop with excellent public transport connections. No parking on the property, but street parking is available nearby, and there’s a short distance to the nearest parking garage. Payment via SmartPark/EasyPark.

Perfect for both vacation and business travelers.
