KG12 is a fantastic property in the absolute hearth of Bergen City, overlooking the beautiful "Lille Lungegaards lake". Solbakken Microhouse
The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

The apartment holds a high standard with two bedroom, two bathroom, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a lovely loft living room with fjord view. The master bedroom is ensuite, with a glass wall and sliding door. The second bathroom contains a bathtub with lovely views. Both bedroom has high comfort beds. A small balcony for smoking is accessible from bathroom.

Also enjoy short walking distance to the central square of Bergen (Torgalmenningen), and easy access to public transportation. Notice no elevator.

Great apartment of 60 m2. It is 15 minutes to downtown Bergen and 10 minutes to the airport by car. Good bus connections to the city center, 800 meters away. You can definitely get around by public transport, however, a rental car will normally be preferable. The apartment has a living room with a double sofabed, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom, private entrance, parking lot and a private terrace with a fantastic sea view and evening sun.
