The house is located on the inside of Averøya, 1 hour from Molde and 30 min from Kristiansund. Averøy stave church and the Atlantic Road are a stone's throw away.

When renting in weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31, the entire house is available. When renting the rest of the year, rooms in the basement with sofa bed, toilet room and washing machine are not available. If you need to wash clothes, this can be arranged by appointment. During jazz week, it is desirable to rent out the whole week to the same guests. The rest of the year, you can book a shorter stay.

Boligen består av to etasjer, hvor det blant annet er to bad, to store soverom, stor stue med sofa/tv plass og spisestue. Kjøkken har alt nødvendig, og også et spisebord med 4 stoler. Uteplass består av hage og markterrasse. Grill og paviljong på sommertid. Geiranger, trollstigen og Ålesund sentrum er bare en liten biltur unna!
