we liked it a lot. Gabriel was extremely clear, polite and attentive. I went with my husband, my mother and my 9-month-old baby. The place is very safe 24h and where I was going easily accessible, as well as having markets very close as well. Super recommend!!!

Flavia's flat is exactly as described, all extremely clean beautiful and nice, the wifi is great and super fast. Beds are very comfortable, blankets pillows and super clean towels. The shower is wonderful, and the bathroom was impeccable. The kitchen serves a stay very well for those who like to cook, well complete and equipped and for those who prefer to order ifood, the surroundings have plenty of restaurants, bakeries and wineries that serve and have a good price. The outskirts of the building is super safe, and although it does not have a garage (for short stays) it is very easy to park in front of the building and has quite a vacancy, and right in front of the concierge there is a monitoring center with camera. In front of the building there is a market and on the corner a gas station. The ubers arrive super fast due to good location and are not expensive. Despite the short stay I recommend with my eyes closed the good service of Flavia and the condominium. We'll be back soon.

The stay was quiet and the host always responded quickly. Well organized and beautiful apartment. Beautiful and complete leisure area only we did not use it because it was very cold in SP. I highly recommend the place to those who are walking or working just like me .

Elaine and Cristiano were wonderful. O Chalezão is a true refuge, a paradise. We were surprised by the newly installed hydromassage that greatly improved the experience. The house is complete and cozy, I felt at home, and I had all the utensils I needed to cook. The view from the window is magnificent, and each corner welcomes us. I want to come back more often and the women who have been with me too. I thank you so much for your welcome and for opening your private paradise for my family.

Spacious place, my family really enjoyed the pool and game room. We had a setback on the road, so it's best to follow Adriano's guidance exactly regarding the location. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant holiday.

Our stay was amazing! Starting with Leandro, who was a sensational host. Very attentive, careful and quick to respond. The farm is beautiful, with an immense and very well-kept green area. The entire leisure area exceeded our expectations and the house is not even mentioned! Everything was very clean and well maintained. If you go with dogs, be aware that there are some points on the wall that big dogs can jump, we went with 4, one of which is a big one and we had to be aware of that. But that's not a flaw, it's just knowing how to control your dogs. Finally, make sure you are going to a complete place, with all the infrastructure you need and that you will have sensational days.

Condominium with a lot of security and privacy, entrance and exit access to the concierge with ease through QRcode provided in the first access, very practical. Spacious residence, sleeps 16 people well.

The house is wonderful! Every space, barbecue area, pool, living room, bedrooms, outdoor area, are beautiful is comfortable. The view of the Tbm Dam is beautiful!!! The host, Thais, was super kind and requests. We love the house and we'll definitely be back more often.

The apartment is great. I felt absolutely right at the house As I like to cook, this point caught my attention , with this island for cooking, in the middle of the room. I would suggest having a few more utensils , such as a pyrex that can be taken to the oven, spoon to stir that does not spoil the teflon of the pots, a blender . The building has a very good security, which it does at the entrance and exit always the porters need to free us. I did not find this a problem, but rather interesting as security. The gym is super complete, the pools are beautiful. Itamar always responded very quickly. The little shops on the same street save everything, and the OXXO 24hs just outside the building. I will definitely return.

The area is super safe, perfect for relaxing and exploring. What truly makes this stay unforgettable is their kindness and care. Always smiling, present, and ready to help with anything, even beyond the stay. Marco checked on me before I arrived, offering support with a genuine heart. He even found someone to fix my charger in an emergency! Bia is just as lovely, sweet, and attentive, always replying with warmth and joy. They treat guests like family, and their support never feels forced,it’s from the heart. Every detail, every moment feels cared for, and the way they speak to guests feels like reconnecting with an old friend. I’m even extending my stay bcs I just don’t want to leave hihi! I went to SP to watch a show at Allianz, and Maria and her husband were wonderful to me, so receptive, polite and patient. It was a short stay, but I will remember it with great affection and happiness, as they are wonderful and good people who helped me at such an important time in my life. I will definitely think about coming back when I go to SP. Thanks for everything!

I'll be brief: if you want to feel literally at home away from home, stay in the girls' space. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, wonderful view. It has everything nearby, bakery, restaurant, it's close to the airport… Anyway, I can't wait to come back. A kiss for Bia and Marco, wait for me, I'll be back this year 😂❤️🥰

Adriá was a wonderful host, she gave detailed guidelines, with videos and audio guiding on the entrance to the building, parking, leisure areas and even told us things to do in the surroundings. Everything was perfect!
