Villa vacation rentals in Rodizio Area

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. The accommodations far succeeded my expectations. I will definitely come back here when staying in Sao Paulo. Thank you so much, Beth for an unforgettable stay!

Our stay was short but it was a great experience, the location is great, the house is very clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a few small things from our belongings went missing during the time we were there and we could not figure out what happened to them. The hosts were informed and very kind about it.

Maria Helena is a hostess who breathes art, her environment always has books, paintings, classical music and is very welcoming and rustic. Your house is at the end of a super well located bucolic village in SP and every morning there is a bird's flock at our window, which gives us the impression of being in a getaway, but with the convenience of having it all around and being able to do many interesting activities on foot (restaurants, theater, music houses = Bona). In addition she always asked if she needed anything, responded to my requests quickly, gave me tips and made my stay very comfortable. I will always come back! 😊

Great spot, close to everything we wanted to do in SP!!

Iberê was very helpful in the face of several changes I had to make on the dates of the stay, and responds very quickly. About the site, it has a great location, in a dead end street where there is not much movement of cars. Well wooded town hall and well private and quiet place. Announced services present, the only complaints are the lack of microwaves and the fan that does not make so much wind. Good house structure, but one suggestion is to surround the staircase upstairs, I found it a little dangerous. But I would be there again, because the neighborhood is extremely quiet and the house is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurant, subway... Very good!

The house is very beautiful and matches the photos. Elaine was very kind and always available to answer any doubts. The condominium is very quiet and safe. It has a market and winery very nearby and is very well located.

I stayed at Denise and Thiago’s apartment for 6 months. They added me to a community chat group with the other residents of their property and were incredibly responsive with any issue that came up while living here. It’s close to centro, but far enough away that it’s a bit safer. The view is amazing from the balcony, and I had so many wonderful nights there. Friends who came loved the place. This is definitely the stay for someone who wants a more local and low key experience, and it’s great for a long term stay. I would recommend any of their rentals. Denise really cares. I can’t thank them enough for having me for half a year, and I will be messaging them for availability when I return to Brazil. They are trustworthy, responsive, flexible, and reliable people. And as I said the place is beautiful.
