The apartment is wonderful and very well located. Check in and check out was easy and direct.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccable, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities I could need. The location was perfect — close to everything, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, giving great local tips and making sure I felt at home. I especially loved the cozy touches, such as the fresh sheets, the welcome gift and the comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks with our 2 year old. Not only was the place exactly as described, Elise was extra thoughtful in the amenities provided for our son. She was extremely responsive, and was gracious to allow us a flexible check out to accommodate his nap before our flight. The apartment was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again our next trip. Thank you so much, Elise!

Felipe's apartment is excellent. There's plenty of room for a family of 4. It has all the amenities and more to make the family stay easy and comfortable. The surroundings are very well served by restaurants and markets that even have great options for ready-made and fresh meals. Very close to the Brigadeiro subway and easy to walk to Ibirapuera Park and the malls and shops on Avenida Paulista. The location is very central and at the same time the street of the building is quiet. Felipe responds super fast and is very flexible. In addition, it has two parking spaces, which makes life with children much easier! We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

I would like to thank Dani immensely for so much attention to detail in absolutely every detail of the apartment. Really, I felt very comfortable, even as if I were at home. Dani is a sweetheart, very kind and polite and available to help all the time. I was delighted with the space, the condominium itself is wonderful and safe and everything was impeccable. It will certainly be a place I will return to when I am in São Paulo and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much Dani for everything! See you soon and God bless you.

Luiz's apartment is great! Large, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication is great, he responds promptly and helped us a lot with an early check-in. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a staircase to get to the apartment, since the elevators stop between the floors. But anyway, we love it and will be back when we can!

Diego was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place was beautiful, very clean, and modern—exactly as described. The view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a perfect stay. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here in the future!

The Studio is beautifully decorated and the host responds promptly to requests. As the building is quite new, some infrastructure details are missing, such as a trash can in the garbage room, cleaning in the corridors and public areas, air conditioning systems, I think these will be issues that will be resolved soon. We'll be back!

It was good the stay! I took my children and although the building did not have a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a high chair, a piggy bank, a hair dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swabs. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

Massimo was very attentive, he sent videos demonstrating the proper use of equipment among other items. He was very quick to respond and gave tips nearby.

Staying w Jacquelinne place for the second time. Great spacious airbnb with all the necessary amenities. Centrally located area w tons of restaurants and retails. Highly recommended. 5 star all the way!
