Our stay was perfect. The apartment feels like a home. It's super cozy and equipment with everything you might need. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The host and the on-site staff were very friendly and helpful.

Maria is a great host, she always responded quickly, the tbm space was very organized and clean, the only point to complain is from the condominium gatehouse!!

New building, near the Brás station, we went on several tours with agility and convenience. New apartment furnished with everything you need, for a longer stay it would be interesting to have a washing machine, since the building does not have one. In the most the host is to be congratulated!

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.

I did not go to tourism, I chose the place for the easy access to Santos. Locomoção facilitated by the proximity of buses and VLT, amenities such as banks, pharmacies, markets and medical care nearby. I highly recommend the place for practicality. Great cost benefit.

Always smiling, positive, friendly. The place is very bright, very ventilated. It has just enough for a pleasant stay for one, maximum 2 people. Plenty of room for clothes and luggage. Spacious and very cozy apartment (with mainly hot light bulbs). For couples who want to enjoy with a city view the night is very cool. The cleanliness dispenses reviews, the quality is hotel. It is a very beautiful condominium, and has a lot of things to do, such as swimming pool, games and gym. Iris always made herself available to help with the instructions and responded promptly.

We very much like the home. Comfortable and spacious bed, comfortable sofa and smart TV that guarantees distraction at the end of the night of tours. Silvia was kind and was at your disposal. I missed only the toaster that appears in the photos and in one of the subtitles and the oven. The description shows oven in addition to the microwave, so I thought there would be an electric oven. A suggestion I bring is to put a curtain on the balcony window to bring air and natural light while maintaining privacy. The location is very good, close to everything. The swimming pool, which was one of the main attractions that made us choose this accommodation, is very good and has a wonderful view of the city, especially at sunset. At the reception the staff have always been kind and polite. I recommend and come back absolutely, but I would love to find more appliances in the kitchen to facilitate some meals in the lodging.

Flat is excellent! It perfectly met what we were looking for. The Condominium is very organized and safe. It has a Leisure area with swimming pool, playground and soccer field, great for you are with children. The location is perfect, close to several sights of SP. Host Regina has always been very polite and attentive with us. We love hosting and we definitely recommend it.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very cozy. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dryer, air-conditioning, leisure area and market in the building. Easy to contact Suvalia with questions. Next to the Morumbi stadium and the Einstein Hospital, the latter being fundamental to my choice, as I would walk to it.
