We stayed two nights only and it was right! Fernando responded quickly, provided the necessary information in a timely manner. The house and space were clean, utensils washed, and the pots glowing! Tip: Going by Rod.Anchieta you do not pay toll or the ferry and is faster however, it usually has a queue! Already on the other Highway you pay toll picks up dirt road and very winding, I do not advise! The house is large and the natural lighting of the room is a differential so, enjoy!

Valéria was a wonderfully kind host and fully requests, made me super comfortable and made me excellent recommendations about the region, the place met and exceeded my expectations providing me with privacy and warmth. I will be in São Paulo again for another study module and I have booked again… I recommend and still thank you for the company and enriching chat!

My mother stayed here for a few months and Marcos was incredibly kind to her and took care of her. At first my mom was a little worried about her stay because she is afraid of cats and there were two very friendly cats in the courtyard next to the apartment, but she got used to it and Marcos made sure that any concerns she had were addressed. He even sent her brownies and a gift when she left to remember Brazil. He and his wife and very kind people.

I had was once again a great time at the house and the family of Liciana! What I specially like is the friendliness and the interesting talks with the whole family. Many thanks and I'm looking forward seeing you all again in 2020!

The place is very quiet and safe, very close to the metro and with restaurants and markets nearby. Francine was a great host and made the place super comfortable, for sure would be there again 😊

10/10! I would definitely come back. The house is in a prime area of SP, safe to walk, beautiful and calm. Close to everything and 2 blocks from the subway. Karen was a great host, always responding quickly and meeting demands.

My stay was very pleasant, quiet and peaceful place, everything matched the listing, very neat. Ana is an excellent host always willing to chat and give tips on places to visit. I recommend this accommodation.

A great stay, especially for those who work in the day and need a good rest at night. Very comfortable suite, impeccable cleaning, warm shower. It is a little difficult to find a parking space in front of the house, depending on the time, but on the adjacent street there are vacancies, with night watch and cameras on all sides.

Cris's solar is excellent, house clean and organized, very good reception, Cris is very attentive and makes her stay very comfortable, the house was 3 minutes of the transatlantic blue tree, close to restaurants, pharmacy, loved and recommend it.

For those who seek accommodation at very high levels of care for the environment, cleanliness, safety, good taste and especially receptivity, this is one of the best to which I was pleased to have stayed. Dona Sibeli always attentive in communications via platform, and especially her husband, Mr. Armando, to which he received me, was one of unbreakable kindness, care and attention. Without the slightest doubt, whenever I have the need to travel to São Paulo, I will prioritize staying again, as it was a very pleasant experience.

The location is excellent and the room is great. I just wish I could have stayed in an air-conditioned room, but there wasn't available. The room gets hot especially when windows are closed at bedtime. I felt hot even on cold days when everything was closed. So the ceiling fan had to stay on constantly.

Priscila was very kind and answered my doubts. It was attentive and answered me in what he could, it was very flexible. I know this varies a lot, but I think it's important to point out that the people in the other rooms were very kind to me and treated me super well. If I travel for work again, I will stay again if there is availability.

The place is a very good place to stay. The stores are close by and the apartment has a large refrigerator so you can really grocery shop. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The apartment has everything you need. I walked to all shops and stores and even the Asian market. The Municipal market is minutes away in an uber. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, salons, barbershops in eyesight. I hope you enjoy your stay like I enjoyed mine

Nanci's accommodations are exactly as shown, pleasant, safe and quiet environment. Cozy place and Nanci is always available and very polite.

It was a great experience, Leandro and the whole family were extremely attentive and loving to me. I felt very welcomed. The space is very good, very well equipped with everything working perfectly. The shower is very nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary essentials, very convenient. The place is very calm and quiet to allow good rest. There is a very good shopping mall nearby and a supermarket, bakery, and laundry within walking distance.
