we used the stay to go to an event at the allianz park and it was a great cost-benefit to our needs, as we were able to do practically everything on foot around the region. The neighborhood is quiet and the access to the house was easy. Francisca, Julio's mother, was pleasant at the check in and during the period we met her.

I can say that the space and the people are wonderful, Liliane and Ari are fantastic people, I can't describe the help and satisfaction in helping me. The place is calm and quiet, good to get your head on straight. I recommend it without a doubt.

My stay at Daniel and Erica's was wonderful! I explained that there were some details about check-in and checkout and were very helpful with me! The house is cozy, quiet, private. The place is very close to bars, pizzerias, bakeries and markets. For me, the MOST positive point of all was the gas cooker, which gives the freedom to cook the night after the tour. The only thing I realized only when I arrived, is that in the photos there is an extra window, which I asked about it before and arriving at the house I realized that there was no more, it was closed with concrete. In my case it was important to know in advance because the other window, outside this one, had grid and I am claustrophobic. However, I managed to adapt and the lack of the extra window did not have any demerits in the stay. Ariovaldo was very attentive, gave tips about the region and assistance for what I needed, in addition the kitty Tito is quite affectionate and curious. The place is great and consistent with the listing. The region is very quiet to walk both day and night.

Great apartment if you're studying or working at USP or around the Butantan area. It could get noisy at certain periods but you can close a door and the problem is solved. Patricia and Davi are always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times.

Once again, the stay with Karolina and Paulo was impeccable. Silence, tranquility, cleanliness, comfort and the feeling of literally being at home. I hope to stay here for many months to come. Living in São Paulo is less difficult with this welcome and affection.
