What an amazing weekend!!! Me and my family love the place, the view, the house, everything perfect… I really have no words to describe how amazing and satisfying the stay was. We will definitely come back more often. A Gisele super requests and the caretaker Vicente is very attentive. We really love!

Georges' place is sensational. Great location, impeccable cleanliness, everything very practical, not to mention the common areas, everything very beautiful and decorated. Check-in was done by Geani, who was super polite and friendly. I recommend it to the entire Airbnb community. I will definitely be back.

My friends and I stayed at Jessica's farm because we are from another state and went to an event at a nearby farm. The makeup artist went there to make up the girls and loved the place! Really, the place is really cool! People really liked the Standup padle and the kayak Jessica makes available for us to use! If it wasn't for the event, the staff would certainly have stayed at the dam all day. There is a foosball table in the lounge. The mattresses are new. There are 2 or 3 big TVs in the house, but we don't even use it. There is a fan in the living room and another in the suite. To the warmth, I advise you to take it, as the ones you have there are fixed. They had few cutlery. Like most of us eaten at different times, we had no problem with that. But anyone who is going to eat with a lot of people sitting at the table at the same time, TB I advise you to take it! In the listing, if I'm not mistaken, it says it has 3 bathrooms, but it's 4! (2 inside the house , with shower, and 2 in the barbecue area, no shower). Jessica and her husband are very kind and she answered all the questions through Whatsapp! It was a very good experience! If you ever come back to SBC, I'd love to stay there again!

Great accommodation

The stay at Wal's place was wonderful! We stayed with a family, total of 12 people (adults and children), and the house behaved perfectly. The place is very safe, quiet and has a lot of green around. The house is beautiful, it was clean, organized, there was everything that was described in the ad and a little more! It's very wide too, it has 2 very well-equipped kitchens, the rooms are very comfortable and airy, the pool is large, and this whole barbecue area/pool is great. Wal was very attentive and helpful at all times! From the check-in, until the end of the stay, he always responded to us promptly. Lastly, it was a great experience! We'll be back soon for sure!

The space is like the photos. It accommodates guests very well. The pool is great, and there's a small market inside the condominium. You can park your car in front of the house, and the self-check-in makes it much easier. Access to the accommodation is very easy. Overall 8/10. There are some kitchen utensils, an air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.

Kleber responds quickly, super polite and attentive about the accommodations. The accommodations as expected, perfect heated pool, good space for socializing and family birthday. Private space and as expected.

Thaís and Márcio were excellent hosts. The house is just like the ad and fully equipped. Since it was once a family home, it has all the necessary items for a quiet and comfortable stay. The energy of the place is wonderful, we felt in a real home.

Debora was always available and communication was very easy. She was also quite receptive to our dogs :-) The house is cozy and nice, but it needs a renovation (painting, room floor that leads to the indoor pool, old couple mattress and broken fans). Even so, it did not compromise the stay, so much that I liked and would come back. They were very nice days. Highlight for the pool and gardens, which are wide and lush. Definitely the best bit of the house!

My experience at this lodging was awesome! The house corresponded exactly to what was described in the listing. Everything was impeccable, very well equipped and spacious. I loved Chácara, all very well organized and clean, very friendly and attentive Cida. We had my daughter's birthday party, and all the guests loved the place, and they were delighted with the organization. I only have to thank Cida for everything it has provided us. ♥️

Great location, close to restaurants, markets, gym, pharmacies and the park. Very safe place, with security in front of the house. It is 5 minutes from Aclimação Park, which is great for relaxing and walking. The house has a good kitchen, an office where I could work quietly and the bed is comfortable. I'd definitely come back!

A little expensive, but it's the rule of supply and demand that is always in SP when there are big events.
