Bruno and his mother Regina were very polite and communicative from the start. The apartment is well located, with plenty of shops nearby and the beach next door, in addition to the excellent sea view. The listing corresponds exactly to the amenities found, and we had no difficulty checking in (which was anticipated to help us) or checking out. We'll definitely want to come back!

My stay was amazing! Andrea was super attentive, communication was quick and clear, and the space was impeccable. The location is great, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

A wonderful house, well clean and organized, an impeccable and large garden, a whole walled house that gives a lot of security to the guests, a large pool a perfect house to rest with the family and enjoy the sun, the region has a lot of green tranquility, at the same time it has a good place to walk in the morning since it even has a park near, outside that the house is in an easily accessible area, I will definitely go again with the family!! We stayed at Carlos's apartment and were greeted with great sympathy by Alessandra, his wife — the check-in was smooth and quick. The apartment, though compact, is super charming, well decorated and welcoming, ideal for a family weekend. The location is excellent: close to bakery, good restaurants and about 6 to 7 blocks from the beach at Canto do Forte, one of the best regions of Praia Grande. It was a great experience for me, my wife and our son Bernardo. We recommend it!

Adriá was a wonderful host, she gave detailed guidelines, with videos and audio guiding on the entrance to the building, parking, leisure areas and even told us things to do in the surroundings. Everything was perfect!
