Great! The apartment was wonderful because we needed to spend a period of 2 weeks and took care of us perfectly. There is a market in front of the building and for those who like to cook is a differential. The leisure structure is very good. Everything very good!

Great space. You have everything you need and Juceli is a great host. Just warn if you have a problem with the ambient noise, it can be a little noisy since the Department faces the street and the planes pass by. Everything else is spotless.

The apartment is great, well located, large, bright and complete. Luiz is super attentive and quick. Next door is an excellent bakery and a 24-hour gym.

Our stay was very pleasant! From the first contact, Eliel was cordial and requested. The apartment is well located, clean, airy and very complete. The combo: Comfortable mattress + window that seals light well + air conditioning helped us get great nights of sleep. We feel safe in the surroundings, even at night. Many services and restaurants nearby. We like it all!

My stay at Walter's home was excellent! He was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay. The space is very comfortable, well maintained and with a privileged location, close to Ibirapuera Park. I'll definitely host again!

Everything was impeccable! The space is exactly as described in the listing and true to the photos — spacious, clean and very well organized. It has practically all the amenities you would expect in a home, providing a comfortable and practical stay. The João & Lucinda apartment is located in a central point of the Jardins, surrounded by good restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, supermarket and pharmacies — and you can do everything on foot. At the same time, the building is on a quiet and quiet street. The apartment is extremely clean, functional and the linen and bath towels are of very good quality. Laís, the co-host, is kind, efficient and quick to respond. In addition to all this, the service of cleaning and cleaning of Toninha is offered, equally polite and gentle. Excellent value for money. This airbnb is conveniently located right where we wanted to explore the city. My family and I had a rental car and our hosts graciously waited for us to arrive, regardless of the inconvenient timing. We were able to easily navigate the city taking Ubers to Mx from this location. My family of 6 was very happy with the gated community and I would absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, 2 blocks from Paulista, right next to the market. Quiet street. The apartment is perfect and the hosts are very attentive and helpful. Comfortable beds, very good showers. They provide a water filter. We're already dreaming of returning! Many thanks to the hosts!

We stayed in Carolina's adorable apartment for over 5 months, so we had a great chance to experience it. First of all, the views are AMAZING. The sunsets that poured into the living room were so beautiful and calming. The balcony was delightful - we could sit out there at the end of the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the incredible views. The apartment itself was very well-appointed with comfortable and appropriate furniture, and extremely well-prepared; it had tons of storage and the appliances were excellent. We appreciated having a washer/dryer combination, which we used frequently. The building itself is on a quiet and lovely tree-lined street, and neighbors were very friendly. The building is close to a wonderful supermarket, which we could walk to when we needed something. And right up the street is a delicious bakery! The apartment felt "home-y" from the first minute we walked in. Thank you, Carolina, for a wonderful experience in Sao Paulo.

We were 4 people ( 2 Adults and 2 teenagers) & had an awesome stay at Andre's apartment. Andre was very helpful & was very responsive & always replied back to me whenever I asked him questions about anything as we were traveling to Brazil for first time & getting used to new country & Sao Paulo city. He is very helpful, patient, responsive and he provided great information & tips about the local area as well as answer any questions I had about the apartment before I booked it. Mara, the housekeeper who let us in was very nice and helpful. His apartment is located right in middle of everything. if you take metro train from airport its walking distance from Brigadeiro station. Uber will drop you right next to the apartment. Apartment is located on Paulista Ave which is the most famous avenue for any kind of activities whether tourist or local such as restaurants, coffee shops, malls, events, museums, tall buildings. We will stay again at Andre's place on our future visits to Sao Paulo.

This was my second time staying with them, and everything was wonderful. The place is great, and the location is fantastic, with everything you need within walking distance of the apartment. The host responded quickly to my questions, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in one of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo. Thanks again Wecare!
