Best location in São Paulo. Super safe neighborhood, walk at night with no problem. Lots to do around, because you are close to Paulista. The host is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

Wonderful place to stay! Super responsive host, helped us feel at home, helped with everything, always ready to answer any questions and help us with anything. Definitely a place I'd come back to! Besides being superbly located, close to the subway station, several good and cheap restaurants and super quiet to walk regardless of the time (we returned from a show at 3 a.m.)

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. The accommodations far succeeded my expectations. I will definitely come back here when staying in Sao Paulo. Thank you so much, Beth for an unforgettable stay!

Our stay was short but it was a great experience, the location is great, the house is very clean and had everything we needed, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, a few small things from our belongings went missing during the time we were there and we could not figure out what happened to them. The hosts were informed and very kind about it.
