Great apartment! Well located, there is a market next to the building - in addition to the 24-hour mini-market inside the building -, gas station, bakery, pharmacy, very close, you can walk. By delivery, you ask for everything and at a very wide schedule. Easy find by GPS. Clean and organized apartment. All new. Complete - kitchen with utensils; bedrooms with linen and towels; washer and dryer, large refrigerator, air conditioning in all rooms, excellent wi-fi, all complete! Good and organized building structure. Parking in the garage as well. Excellent communication with Vanessa from before booking until check-out. It is not a negative point, but only for those who book the house: it has no sockets beside the kitchen table, nor near the bedside of the double room. So if you go to work or have a lot of electronics, consider taking an extension rs. Overall, it's well worth it! 5 stars for sure! Thank you Vanessa, we had a great experience.

Great place, very nice building with nice gym and pool, and very safe. Close to restaurant and coffee shop. The place is very nice, is very bright and equipped with all the necessary. Maria Clara was very accommodating and responsive. Thank you! Would stay again!!
