It was a great stay, very nice yard, I took my dog and he loved it. There's no noise, it was very quiet. Hosts are super attentive.

Her and her son's service was excellent, they always responded in minutes. During the night it was a little noisy because of the houses around, but after the right time it decreased and did not bother you to sleep. The bed is super comfortable but the sofa is very hard, I recommend it only for couples. Great value for the money!

We love the house, a haven in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were very well attended by Paulo and well attended by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super helpful and attentive. The house is cozy and you can feel the care in every detail. We had a wonderful time with friends and family, playing the piano and singing together, cooking and chatting while we prepared dinner... and the house, this unique environment, the way each space is presented, was certainly very important for this to happen in such a special way. There are not enough words to describe how wonderful my stay with Bia was. She was such an attentive and kind host, she offered me a haven after months of travelling. I sat on the beautiful terrace everyday enjoying the view of the beautiful São Paulo trees! There are two lovely coffee places nearby and plenty of little shops. I could not recommend this Airbnb more, I have beautiful memories that I’ll cherish forever. Next time I come to São Paulo this is the first place I will come to.

the buildings in this neighborhood have extra security, which is great. but, no fault of the host, the building has a weird layout with multiple entry doors and multiple elevators to reach the apartment. the architect clearly wasn't ever planning to live in the building. location overall is perfect.

Staying in Milena's apartment made me feel welcome and at home, it is a great location, close to bars, restaurants, in front there is a grocery store and practically next door there is a 24-hour supermarket, the building's entrance is very agile too. Everything was easily accessible, I highly recommend it for those who go to São Paulo only for sightseeing, as it is close to the main tourist spots - Avenida Paulista, 25 de Março, Brás, Mercadão de São Paulo, Liberdade. Uber is very affordable and public transportation is easy to access, as it is not far away. The street has several clubs (which we love haha) during the week it is very quiet, on weekends the street has a lot of movement due to the parties, it did not disturb us at all, because the acoustics of the apartment are also very good! We love it!!!

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

Our experience in the apartment was simply excellent! The space is very well cared for, beautiful, clean and extremely organized. The bed linen is of great quality, which ensured very comfortable nights. The location is also a great plus: the neighborhood is quiet, safe and very close to Ibirapuera Park. The jacuzzi was a real plus — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Another detail that made all the difference was the daily housekeeping service, which kept everything impeccable without any effort on our part. In addition, the host was attentive, helpful and always available to help with whatever was needed, which made us feel welcome from the beginning. We highly recommend the accommodation and we definitely hope to return soon
