Vacation rentals with lake access in Rodizio Area

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed too much. We already knew Mairiporã, we took the opportunity to practice Wake in the dam, but the real highlight of this trip was home. It is truly impeccable. In addition to much comfort and many amenities, the view is beautiful and the feeling of being in the midst of nature is unique. Margarete has been an exceptional host since our arrival, taking all the questions and always at your disposal. I will return at another opportunity for sure. ps.: the cinema surprised TOO MUCH and we spent a lot of time there.

We rented the house because our wedding was in a buffet in the mountains and it was the best thing we did! It was super quiet to arrive, quietly accommodated 25 people, has many bathrooms, mattresses and the area of the barbecue is very tasty to enjoy in a group! In addition, the house is impeccable, very organized, clean and has everything you need. And Emerson and his wife are super quiet and available to help with anything you need during your stay! Super recommend staying at their home! It was really great!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos and much more, a cozy and quiet place, for those who want to take a break from everyday life and relax in nature. The house is very functional, it has everything for preparing food. To get to the house we went through a dirt road that is very quiet. D. Vera, takes care of the house with a lot of whimsy and leaves treats for the guests, I felt super welcomed. I recommend it and want to come back again and again.

What a lovely place! The house and the bbq area were perfect for our big family! Kids had so much fun in the pool, playground and surrounding. Kitchen is well equipped. The house is very easy to find , good location I just don’t advise arriving at night as it gets hard to find the right address. Would have been nice to have a washing machine to wash swimming clothes not we managed without. Small supermarket close by for urgent items! Would definitely hire again

Our stay was amazing! The house is sensational, everything was in perfect order, very clean and exactly like in the pictures — in fact, the view is even more beautiful than we imagined! Mr. Marcelo was extremely attentive, and I thank you for the promptness and care in the service. As we talked earlier, I went with my family and took care of everything with great care, and so it was done. The house is really wonderful. An experience we will keep with great affection!

Fernando's apartment is very well cared for and clean. The condominium is excellent, safe, beautiful and with many amenities. The sofa bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and many items are available for easy lodging. A washing machine or a collective laundry in the building would be very good, as I didn't find any easy to access. I recommend the space of Fernando, my family was very accommodated, on the day we arrived (Tuesday) we found a fair inside the building which was great.

If you come to this apartment for only one reason, it is the stunning views! Jardins is my favorite neighborhood in Sao Paulo. Right between Av Paulista and Parque Ibirapuera! There a great bakery a block away. Amazing place for a couple's weekend.

The resort is simply gorgeous, with a charming atmosphere. The apartment is impeccable, exactly the same as in the pictures, with no surprises. The host was extremely kind and always responded quickly and attentively. A wonderful experience!

Espaço do Fabrício is very cozy and comfortable. And very close to the center, which makes logistics easy to go anywhere. Everything well taken care of and organized!

The stay was quiet and the host always responded quickly. Well organized and beautiful apartment. Beautiful and complete leisure area only we did not use it because it was very cold in SP. I highly recommend the place to those who are walking or working just like me .

Wow! That was one of the best places I've ever stayed in my life! I was very well instructed, Rafael was very polite, attentive and made us super comfortable! He made available things that we don't usually find in rental spaces... [It rained a lot and lunch didn't happen, we opened the fridge and there it was, eggs, butter and some spices... we made a delicious omelette and problem solved (we let him know, of course, and we replaced it, even without him wanting to...laughs]. The space was extremely clean and super organized. Clean and spacious pools and gym! Internal staff, very polite and attentive too. We didn't even have to leave, because the space is so complete, we found everything inside and/or around the building. Thank you Rafael for everything and we'll be back soon! Best wishes!!!

Our stay was wonderful! Márcia always responded quickly! The house was extremely clean! The caretakers were wonderful, from the check-in, the caretaker was always helpful, helped us to light the fire, roast corn! An experience that my whole family loved and we will certainly come back more often!

If you host in the chalet worth every cent. Adriana went beyond expectations long before check-in. My trip started with a flat tire on the way to the chalet. I commented the fact with Adriana that promptly referred me to rubber and gas stations nearby. This was a certainty of excellence in hospitality. And that certainty remained the whole stay. The wonderful place, reserved, full of nature, noise only of nature, private, even more beautiful than the already beautiful pictures of the place. Hosts are excellent, proactive and concerned about your well-being. The house has a very cute decoration, in the "grandma's house" style. The space is fenced and very safe for dogs. Ivete's famous rain dumplings are delicious. It has a lot of peace and quiet, we managed to enjoy it even with the rainy weather. We managed to get to and from Uber, but it requires prior planning: the neighborhood is further away. The neighborhood is very small, so it's interesting to take everything you need from home, but there was a market that we went to on foot and a pizzeria that sells a very tasty pastry. Ideal for a rest weekend.

It's not for nothing that I decided to return with my family! And I will definitely be back more often! The place is top notch! Grill area with swimming pool in the midst of nature for those who enjoy peace and tranquility is the ideal place, in addition to the organization, hygiene and comfort of the property. Wonderful landscaping with a beautiful lake where you only hear the corners of the birds and the waters of the waterfall...a paradise!

What a wonderful townhouse! The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place! All very clean and organized, decoration of very good taste, excellent communication, beautiful and super safe condominium. Towels and bedding available in the house, a true example of hospitality. If you seek peace and connection with nature, don't think twice. My family and I will be back for sure! I highly recommend it!
