Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two at mezzanine level (+ has a travel cot), an open plan kitchen and cosy living area + bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck.
