Renovated Rustic Stable set in Rolling Hills

EliseRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had a beautiful time at the Stables! It’s a getaway from the world at a working farm. I love animals, so I asked to meet some of them, and Yvonne took me to see (and pet!) the milking cows, and explained the entire process to me! The house had traditional charm but was has been updated everywhere that it counts. They have lists of local recommendations but I was happy to get groceries and use the excellent kitchen at the property. I did not have a car and was warned about difficulty getting around but as I was only interested in nature and peace and quiet, getting to and from on public transport was easy enough. Finally, Yvonne was always prompt responding to me and was very friendly and welcoming! I’d love to come back!

Log cabin on organic farm

AdrianRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

The Bothy Cottage @ Oak Farm

BridgetteRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a lovely week at The Bothy. A peaceful cottage in a wonderful location. Alicia is a great host - very welcoming and with lots of local information. The Bothy is well appointed and has everything you need. Pretty gardens at this time of year a sea of snowdrops. The local pub is a few minutes walk away and was great for supper. We also visited very good restaurants The Walnut Tree and The Black Bear who both serve superb food. Lots of local walks and charming towns and villages. A restful stay in a beautiful location.

I stayed with my partner and our son and although it's not listed as for families, the hosts went out of there way to make sure we were equipped with everything we needed, even supplied some books for him and a chocolate lolly. We were even lucky enough to be invited to go see the 3 day old lambs, which made my day! Lovely beautiful location with everything you could need. Hosts are so friendly and welcoming, we would definitely stay again and recommend to others ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Luxury 2 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub

ImranRating, 5 stars5 days ago
This is an outstanding getaway for anyone looking for peace and luxury. The house is immaculate and very clean. The location is amazing. The best thing is the hot tub. Our teenaged boys absolutely loved it. We drove to Snowdon mountain and came back to the hot tub to relax and unwind. Chris is a wonderful host and ensures he resolves any queries or issues you raise with him. This place is a gem and absolutely worth it.

Amazing place and the location was beautiful and peaceful! The house was decorated so nicely with lovely features. The farm was so lovely, my kids and I loved walking around each day and seeing the animals - my girls especially loved seeing the sheepdogs Brian and Ash! Beautiful walks in the area and so many nice places nearby to visit with the kids. The nearby towns were gorgeous. Sophie and Shirley were great hosts and always quick to respond when we asked for any kind of recommendation. We really loved the pubs that they recommended - The Red Lion and The Fox Inn and would definitely recommend going! Overall a perfect stay and would love to return again in the future!

Upland Cottage was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Kiel and Stewart, who made us feel instantly welcome. Rural Farm House, Stunning Views, Brecon Beacons

AlisonRating, 5 stars6 days ago
A very peaceful location , hidden away down a farm track. Wonderful views from every side of the house . Adrien was really friendly and helped out with a few things we needed . I arrived late due to traffic and he let the Tesco delivery guy in for me which was so helpful and stopped me worrying . He gave us advice on where to visit locally and where to avoid if we didn’t want to follow the crowds - which was super helpful . The garden area is over many levels and was great for our dogs to explore .The house itself was roomy and comfortable and really warm , which was good as the weather wasn’t kind to us on our stay .

Secluded Farmhouse with Private Lake

RichardRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This was an Easter break for three generations of the family and we could not have asked for a more tranquil setting and a house which had everything we could have asked for. Alex dropped in within minutes "to shake me by the hand" and Martin was super helpful when we had a minor maintenance hiccup. Definitely one of those properties we hope to be able to return to again in the future.
