Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rioja Alavesa

Nadine and Oscar live very close nearby and we’re very responsive. The accommodation is in a beautiful old bill and the home itself is very old. Therefore don’t expect all mod cons - the heating is through a wood stove. But that added to its charm for us.

It is bigger than the photos, a quiet area to rest but well connected to the entrances to the large roads nearby. Always answered questions we had quickly. Big weekend

The house is spectacular, very comfortable, spacious and with everything we needed to enjoy some incredible days with the family. Ana is charming, always attentive to us and helping us with everything we need. She even had the thoughtfulness to decorate the house with a Christmas tree to celebrate a King's Day as it deserves. Thanks Ana for everything, it was a pleasure.

It's a fantastic home, with a beautiful location with stunning views. Its interior is spacious and comfortable especially for large families. To put it an inconvenience, I think it needs a bit of maintenance.... painting,plumbing, electricity. In general, everything was fantastic. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful place. We had a small problem because the main room doesn't get completely dark (there are translucent colored mosaics on the ceiling) and our two-year-old daughter, accustomed to total darkness, couldn't take a nap and got up very early in the morning. Something to keep in mind if you're traveling with babies, but for adults, a mask and you're all set! It's not a drawback, it's more that we would have liked to have been informed that it was not possible to completely darken the room. But the truth is that it is one of the most special places where we have stayed and everything was perfect, down to the last detail. Judit, the girl who looked after us, was impeccable to me! Charming and with a lot of knowledge of the area, history and customs. He gave us a lot of recommendations to make the most of our experience, thanks!!

What a fantastic find! A very simple but perfect escape in the countryside, complete with goats, chickens and a few working cats. We spent two lovely weeks in this serene location and didn’t want to leave! Every cell in our bodies was relaxed and recharged. We especially loved the melody of the cow bells as we relaxed in the backyard and the ability to cool off in the lovely dipping pool when the temperatures soared. If you need a complete escape to nature, this is your place! And there are scores of nearby villages and locations to hike and enjoy. We hope to be back again next year—thank you so much for everything!!

We had a great time, the apartment was very clean and functional. Miren is attentive and available, she added an extra bed for the eighth person.

We had a great stay. First, we felt right at home due to the kindness of Carmen and Pablo Javier. They immediately gave us good tips for the surroundings and were very accessible. The cottage has all the comforts and you feel right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. In short, a fantastic place with very nice people. Quiet, beautiful spot right on the river. Short drive to pamplona or etxauri. Good for those seeking a peaceful getaway in a sleepy little neighborhood with river sounds. The hosts are responsive and kind, and they have done an excellent job restoring this lovely old building.

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! It was a very nice and good looking accomodation. The house was clean when we arrived. The neighbours were kind and helpful aswell. Overall a very good place to stay, would recommend!

Perfect stay for a weekend with friends. Playground for the little ones who were very entertaining. Rooms with comfortable mattresses and good cleanliness. Kitchen and wide table where we could perfectly eat all together without the need to take turns. House close to attractions and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. It was a wonderful stay, the house is not only beautiful but also practical and super well-equipped. There were 11 of us and a baby, and we didn't want for anything. It is also in a quiet place where rest is more than assured. We also appreciate the flexibility Daniel offered us for check-out, a luxury. We hope to be back soon!

A wonderful house full of history and details and details, you can see the affection placed by Quico and Ainhoa in the care of their house. We had a great time as a family, being able to bring together 11 people from three different generations comfortably in the house. Spacious pieces, impeccable spaces, and all the things you might need to be at ease. We take advantage of the most cloudy days to get to know nearby cities such as Pamplona, San Sebastián, Hondarribia and Biarritz, and the sunny days to walk and swim in the Reservoir of Leurza, which is very nice. It was an amazing week, I'm sure no one in our family will forget this trip. Thank you for everything and our affection to Eva and her neighbor Don Jesús. Our little girl is convinced she is her "neighbor grandfather" : )
